Using Monday is extactly what I was looking for

storing the information I want in the exactly the way I want; giving me one place for all information management

Easy to keep track of our clients and their projects.
We also use the forms regularly and the automatic email notifications ensures that nothing is missed.
Good to show other members of the team our current workload and is easy to understand.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when viewing on a laptop, you have to scroll across a lot because we have a lot of columns.
Only one person can update an integration or automation which can act as a bottleneck.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking new projects that are coming online. We are also able to capture key project information such as address, timescale and key contacts.
Keeps my workflow organized and automated!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is the spreadsheet to-do list of my dreams. I used to keep a to-do list in Excel/Google Sheets, and I've transferred that over to Monday, and the automation and integration options available have made it so much more impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automations are really great but I wish there was some more freedom with customizing them. There's a LOT, but I wish I could do a lot more customizing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com keeps my workflow on track and helps me manage my time well. The automations allow me to send out update emails at different status changes which has sped up my communications with my team.
Intuitive and effective project and task management
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has tremendous ability to scale and customize to your needs as an organization or team without being overwrought. Having used CRM systems in the past to perform similar functions, the most significant detriment to their effectiveness was being *too* complicated or displaying too many fields simultaneously.
Swapping between Gantt chart views for project management and a task-oriented due date/status grid is fast and straightforward, which means the tool gets used.
The benefit of having tasks and projects displayed, collaboratively updated, assigned to specific users for completion, and reviewed/fleshed out with documents cuts to the heart of the concept that things that are measured and monitored tend to improve.

What do you dislike about the product?
Two of the more difficult-to-use features (but ultimately beneficial/effective tools when implemented well) of Monday.com are the 'dependencies' and 'automation' features. Creating dependencies and automation workflows leverages existing data you've entered or recurring projects/tasks that you've performed to save you time and create predictability in your planning. While the initial investment of time to become familiar with these tools is substantive, integrating them into your workflow is worthwhile when done well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to implementing Monday.com, we had no concise or prescribed method for project management. Planning was typically performed from a static list or spreadsheet that was updated during weekly meetings, and then action items disseminated to required staff. Using Monday.com has allowed for us to communicate in real-time, see all outstanding projects and task items, and address trouble-spots sooner. Additionally, it's cut down dramatically on the "slipped through the cracks" items that have a tendency to flit away when they aren't captured and consistently being monitored.
Excellent Project Management Tool for the team!
What do you like best about the product?
Live updates right away. All projects in one place for the team to post updates to and manage. Gantt charts are amazing for programme of works planning and easy to send across to customers to provide them updates on where the projects are up to.
What do you dislike about the product?
We did have a few issues with the Gantt charts at the start of using the tool, however, we soon got the grasp of it. Other than that, everything has been easy to use and brilliant for our works

We had issues in the past with knowing who was in charge of each project that we had running, however, with the assigning tool on Monday this is no longer an issue.
Intuitive Usability and Unified Workspace, With Some Limits
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy monday Work Management is to use. Its usability is outstanding, which makes it very easy to learn and exceptionally simple to train new employees on. It's visually intuitive, enhancing the overall user experience. Compared to other systems like HubSpot or Salesforce, monday Work Management stands out for its ease of use with various customizable variables. This user-friendly interface makes it much easier for anyone to get onboard. Furthermore, the initial setup was incredibly straightforward, especially since I transitioned from another platform, making it even easier to add team members and train them on the system. The pricing is also a big plus, especially when managing a larger team, making it a much more affordable solution than previous software I've used. I highly recommend it to startups and small companies and have already shared it with others because it serves as a great starting point for any company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the boards in Monday Work Management are limited to 10,000 rows. I tried to use it for organizing and sorting more than 50,000 leads, and it was frustrating that I had to create multiple boards because they couldn't fit into one. I really dislike this and still have to manually use spread sheets and ChatGPT instead... which is time consuming and repetitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to centralize team activities, making it a hub for tracking development bugs, projects, and to-do lists, ensuring easy access and transparency.

There is nothing I dislike about Monday!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can manage my tasks and workload in one place. It makes it very easy and convenient to track what I am working on!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint that I have is about the mobile app. It is not as easy for me to maneuver as the website version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to plan and manage my workload, which takes a lot of stress out of the day and frees up more time to complete my tasks. I like seeing what I have to take on during the day directly in front of me.

we can track our own tasks effectively. Entire usecase could be broken into sub tasks and tracked effeciently, owners and sub items owner could be assigned easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it takes a lot of time to load both the tasks page and the dashboards else it's the best tool in the market that's for sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it hepls in tracking big tasks and sub level tasks thus ensuring every task is completed on time and the delivery is on time.Timelines could be defined efficiently and hours could be specified as well.
Makes organization so much easier!
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to organize all sections into different subsections and groups. It allows for a better organization of the material on the board. I also like being able to choose who gets to see specific boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of using Monday.com is that I have to look at more than one screen for the information of, for example, an applicant. I look at their profile. However, I must also look at Monday.com to find the rest of their information.

It solves organizational issues and allows us to know where to find specific papers or notes. We no longer need to search through multiple drawers to find a document.
