Monday helps the best!
What do you like best about the product?
The filters by due date are incredibly helpful and I love the automation where tasks can close themselves out when completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many dislikes about Monday, everything is super easy to figure out. They made it very user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Essentially my daily planner, but helping me organize all of my tasks with my clients information.

What do you like best about the product?
With the help of monday.com, I can streamline my tasks on priority. No tasks would be missed due to the task alignment and we can keep track of the status of the ongoing tasks.
Also it helps to communicate with the client about the task progress and necessary changes .

I couldn't able to customize the status of the task in the certain board due to user level access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time Management is an added benefit to me. Since I use to fix the deadline, I would work on each task with priority

As someone using Monday.com for project management, I have found the platform to be a great tool for team collaboration and project management. However, one aspect that I find frustrating is the licensing system.
Specifically, every user on Monday.con needs to have a license, even if they should only access it in a view-only capacity. This means that if you have stakeholders who only need to be informed about the project's progress and need to contribute or make any changes, you still need to purchase a license for them. This can be costly, especially if you have many stakeholders who must stay informed about a project's progress.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows me to view at a glance all the projects my team is working on, and the tasks and workflows of the different project team members. It allows me to get an overview of all tasks, and bottlenecks without reaching out individually to each project owner. Monday.com primarily supports us in driving more efficiency, streamline processes and deliver better and faster.
Helpful organizing tool between teams
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is great for large projects that include multiple teams. It is easy to use categories and branches that connect to each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com should do a better job at giving you options for communication settings. You are notified if you are added to a new project board but not much beyond that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to see what all of our teams are working on, and check off what work has been completed or needs more time.
Best tool you could use for team & project management
What do you like best about the product?
As a coworking space company we use this amazin tool in all of our projects from walkarounds, to design tasks, to move ins/out boards, new site launches ...everything !
It allows for project management flexibility, so you can create custom workflows that suit each team's unique needs and it allows people to easily make changed to these as the project goeas along
I really find this tool extremely useful as I can easily collaborate and communicate other teams which allows everyone to be on the same page and up to date wiht everything that it is going on

Depending on the team size it could be a bit pricey but other than that it is a extremely useful tool whichs allows you to automate many things

project / time management - working in large teams with tight deadlines it is not always easy and this is something Monday.com is great for !
Collaborative Excellence
What do you like best about the product?
My team and I can collaboratively work on spreadsheets and tasks, and having it available on our mobile devices is just a win.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price point is a bit higher than some competitors, but, you are getting a lot for it.

The easy of use, and allowing everyone to be involved were needed

I love how easy and functional the platform is. It makes updating statuses and sharing results with others seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the automation tools could be improved. There are also somewhat frequent shutdown periods where the platform is not accessible.

It's helping us with cross department collaboration and project management.

Monday is an excellent tool for managing demands, processes and projects, easy to learn and extremely intuitive. In addition, it has a very friendly interface for those who only use it for consultation and provides automation features that make recurring activities extremely fast.

Today, my only point with Monday is the lack of native integration with some external tools like Power BI

We control the entire flow of tickets opened by customers, having easily mapped each of the stages of the process. This makes negotiations much more assertive, facilitates communication between different areas and reduces response time.

Although Monday.com offers customization options, some custom implementations may not be easy to do. It would be helpful to have automated tutorials available to improve the learning process for users. Additionally, increasing the number of templates for different industries could also enhance the user experience and make it easier for teams to get started with the platform
