Ease of use and the new channels of collaboration it creates.

At first, there seemed to be a bit of a learning curve - but once you get in a use the system it quickly becomes very intuitive

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been a fantastic customizable software that has been able to fill in gaps for our Project Management and Service teams. Compared to competitors we have utilized in the past, the licensing fees are much more affordable, with many options for the flexibility and flow of our team. The desire to help with all divisions of the CS team at Monday has been, hands down, one of the best experiences beyond the software needs that I have been through.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really need to get access to test and implement the new Adobe integration, and that has been slow. Trying to move my project management needs to Monday souly but have not been able to get there yet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com gives me a simple way to get my Project managers on the same page while training and implementing processes for organization with ease. Being customizable and visual helps the team to better acclimate to the process that they need to follow and build upon their experiences to create a better product for our customer.

I really enjoy how user friendly monday.com is. It is so simple to add projects and make sure that no detail is missed!

I wish monday.com were a little more customizeable.

monday.com helps me and my team collaborate and keep track of our projects. It's such an easy way to make sure no detail is overlooked!
The best way to describe Monday.com is that it is not just for Mondays!!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating tasks and scheduling, the graphic quality and the many ways of viewing and controlling data has been extremely useful. We like the effective support service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to easily view multiple projects on the same page. We use dependencies a lot which triggers special assistance which causes a delay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The app helps us understand the overlapping tasks and how they can best be scheduled. It makes sure we do not forget to do things. This helps us be on time.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track and log each item and issue over several months greatly benefits me. I have to keep track of hundreds of items a day. This allows me to do that at each step of our process.

I have to track over a hundred pieces of gear a day. This allows me to do that by entering each location of the piece of gear per each step of the process. Knowing what came in and where it is.

Automations are amazing; allows you to connect things very easily

Need more connection and security. Would be nice to hide columns not just pages or boards

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is so easy to use. There was almost no learning curve, especially compared to other work management systems. I like the customizable features and the automations.

I wish monday.com offered a payment option for 1 person.

I'm able to input all my projects and see everything easily. I don't have to worry that I'm missing something. I use the update feature and the status tabs a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can work with your colleagues at the same time and see everyone's updates

To be honest nothing! I really enjoy every updates on it since I got the premium version

The event planning and budget tracking, to be able to have everything at the same place is very useful
Perfect for Project Management and Internal Inventory
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com helped us fill a gap in our project management software, while also providing a solution to our internal inventory management system. It's user-friendly and provides many tutorials for when you get stuck. We like that it integrates with many different platforms and that automations can be set up to send reminder emails to the users assigned to that task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cons:
Cannot be integrated with a current calendar, instead, it creates a second calendar
Some automations are difficult to set up
Some apps you need to pay additional fees to use
Cannot create complex sum formulas although there are ways to get around this

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday was a great way for us to migrate away from having multiple different spreadsheets to track different items. It creates one platform that we can use to track everything from inventory, budget, and out projects.
It creates a task management plan and allows you to collaborate and plan projects with multiple team members in one platform.
We've also been able to link it with Jotform to create a comprehensive internal inventory management system. This was incredibly difficult to find in other platforms so we were very happy to learn that it was something we could create with Monday.com
