Intuitive, user-friendly, great collaboration and has a mobile app that simple and easy.
What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly, easily customizable, aesthetically brilliant, and creates a great work-space collaboration place for employees and team members to share and perform their work tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The "My Work" tab needs a little revamping because it shows a tasks but not the specific sub-tasks which is where many people will be assigned work.
Also, training and using Monday could use a revamp because it is so robust the best way to become an expert is to pay Monday to show you and that will be a financial drain for some people and/or companies.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us have more visibility into projects and a better space for teams to collaborate in those various projects with a bird's eye view on the status of any task/project.
Great Tool To Manage Workload
What do you like best about the product?
I love how everyone can see who is working on what to minimize the possibility of duplicating efforts!
What do you dislike about the product?
We really haven't noticed any downsides. It works great for our team!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team really had no way of managing the workload to prevent two or more people from working on the same tasks at the same time. Monday has solved that problem for us!
No more missed emails, or searching for an email thread.

It is like keeping a live to-do list with comments, updates, and files all in one place

I think archiving and cleaning up the desktop should be a bit easier to do.

I have staff who I need to assign tasks and collaborate on projects. This keeps us looking all in the same place.
Great tool for project management!
What do you like best about the product?
Mobile app is very strong. Easy to collaborate with colleagues on a wide range of projects. Easily customizable for the needs of our organization. Ease of use and connectivity with other software is a huge plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
User interface is a little complex. Would recommend simplifying and streamlining tools for smaller organizations. Cost is prohibitive for small non-profit organizations to implement institution-wide.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking a wide range of projects across the organization and across multidisciplinary teams. We are more productive in sharing status updates and cutting down on email traffic.

Creating boards for different projects, adding sub-items to tasks and assigning staff members to projects and tasks. Found the checklist function very useful

Nothing that I can currently think of - the system meets my business needs.

We have a vast amount of stakeholders and customers in our business, yet a small marketing team. The system enables us to ensure that no request is missed, it provides transparency across our department.

There's still a few things missing, like we use as item stock and when 1 item comes out of this storage a button that decrease de quantity instead of doing manualy every time would be nice

Record demands and ensure that all service steps are being carried out, in addition to accounting for the entire team's demands via PowerBI and setting goals, its great

The fact that it only allows a specific number of people to be added by the admin per the subscription which the number should be added to allow every staff to be onboard the job board.

Game changer for fast paced Sales team
What do you like best about the product?
It's ease of use and accessibility. Our team has this on their phones and desktops allowing easy access to their project information wherever they are.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only wish would be to allow unlimited automations regardless of package level. I'd also love to see more content on how to use automations in different industries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication between many fast paced and busy teams. I can give each member access to their own boards with information allowing them to keep track of changes and things still needed for upcoming projects.
The Best Tool For Your Team
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Monday.com. It makes tracking tasks and seeing updates in real-time so much easier. The visuals are beneficial. Navigating the different boards and being able to edit/add columns shows that this is a very adaptable tracking system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't run into any issues using Monday.com yet. I have nothing negative to say about it, and I wish we would have started using this system much sooner. It would be beneficial to anyone who utilizes it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps us visualize all the tasks we need to complete with full information. We can make updates in real-time, and since it is not a shared document, we do not have to exit to make updates.
