All projects in one place
What do you like best about the product?
Gives me complete visibility on the status of projects. You can add comments for every subitem and add files on them is great. I really like the layout and it is quite intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everyone has to create an account and not everyone in my organization has a license . I would like you could give visibility to non-members, even if they could not edit but at least so that they could see the dashboards. Also when we work on projects with external organizations it'd be great to at least have the possibility of giving them access to the dashboards without the need to create an account or purchasing licenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a senior manager on my team, so I oversee many projects that other team members execute. Monday.com allows me to have complete visibility on the status of projects and I can prompt for updates or questions when somethng is unclear. Also allows me to track if tasks are completed on time. It's a great tool as well to report to my manager so that I can paint a complete picture on quarterly performance.
Helpful and flexible system
What do you like best about the product?
Thanks to elaborate work processes, it was easy to set up a work area tailored to our needs. Setup was quick and flexible. You can also integrate many apps. The implementation in general was quick and we were able to start using it very quickly. That was really good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many functions that we considered simple and normal are only available as additional tools or apps, which are usually chargeable. Here we have come to terms and made compromises
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have divided the orders into specific groups and thus have a direct overview of the how to do. Internal communication has been simplified and is also documented in customer-specific topics

What do you like best about the product?
it helps to manage the task and track it very easily. I really like the reporting, that helps to get a clear picture to monitor the task and performance. using this we can easily take the report.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not getting proper webhooks updates on the thread's reply to the integrated apps. For example, we are integrated with slack, and we are getting webhook call only for a new thread.

it helps the scrum master to manage the scrum easily, He can easily define the road map for the project and can create the weekly sprint to manage the each sprint via the epic linking

You can't duplicate boards from the mobile app.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is user-friendly tool for collaboration. We can assign all related parties automatically with many roles and formulas. Task Management with reminders, charts, and formulas are the best feature of Monday.com

Every Group in 1 board only one formula, so we need make many boards for many conditions

Task management & time tracking is really helpfull for team members. The formulas give many automation and reminder for tight schdule. it really works.

What do you like best about the product?
We are able to build out collaborative systems that our team can use to provide key information to all of our clients. The look and feel of the system is very intuitive and our clients have been impressed by the sleek look of the outputs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve to getting the system up and running for your organization. Those less comfortable with playing around with technology can struggle. The system is so flexible that sometimes the options for how to proceed can feel overwhelming, but once you find the groove for your organization it is a powerful tool set.

Getting key information from a variety of team members into the same format that can be turned around into a visually appealing product for our clients.
