Monday keeps my ducklings in a row!
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to see the process of a task from start to finish and submit the portions assigned to me directly in Monday outside of emails or virtual meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downsides at the moment, it's very helpful for me and keeps me on track with any assignment I am given.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It always all functional areas to collaborate seamlessly to complete tasks that otherwise could be confusing or messy via email/video conference.

What do you like best about the product?
Automations, easy of understanding how to build once you obtain the basics. Super intuititive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting. I feel like data can easily be put together, widgets can easily be created through dashboards but I find reporting or generating reports hard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us manage workflow through automations and notifications. Also allows us to keep track of stats.

What do you like best about the product?
Really easy to use -- can keep everything together for each task and loop in all the necessary people to stay on top of workflows.
Tagging people in workflow and keeping documents, files, etc. together is very smooth.

What do you dislike about the product?
Managing permissions sometimes a bit complicated (eg, it looks like you should be able to create a new item on a board and it turns out you can't, etc.). Managing who has access to what could also be streamlined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com makes it really easy to see where every task is in the workflow process. It really does what it sets out to do, allowing you to add links and files to tasks, tag people, move tasks around to different groups, and just communicate to the whole team what's going on at any given moment.

Not much I can say - I like how it all works.

It is easier to track things across multiple different departments because everything is in one place which means we all work more efficiently.
Monday.com Saves Me from Myself
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com keeps my team and me on the same page. Following the progress of all the tasks we need to complete for each project milestone is paramount to our success. Monday.com allows us to communicate directly on each task, keeping things organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is so much Monday.com can do; it was a little overwhelming at the start. We also get that feedback from our clients that we invite to participate in our project boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows our project team and the customer to follow the implementation process. We use it to communicate with the client and each other where we are on specific tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Monday is very convenient for keeping an eye on one's workflow and even more so if the work is shared: the basic ease of schematisation allows one to create low-level boards right from the start; as one discovers the new functions, one finds a world of graphical representations and tables that really help one to improve one's work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complex functions are indeed difficult to set up and until the last step you are not sure whether your idea is feasible.
It is difficult to find some settings because they are not always intuitive in their arrangement among the options.
Passing subitems between boards is not easy and I hate the writing (copy) when I copy lists, which for me and I imagine for thousands of other workers is the norm.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am an HR manager and I use it to keep track of the training done, to create forms, to create shared boards with my employees and to keep track of all movements thanks to audit trails.
Collaborate, track, share in a new way
What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility of the tool. You can adapt it to any process that you need to track, analize, share, collaborate upon. It is very easy to create dashboards and share documents, objectives, timelines, schedules. The tool let's you automate actions when certain triggers happen, which is also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is so flexible that it needs a bit of preparation and understanding of which are your goals and starting points, before you approach it. Otherwise you might lose focus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps us track progress very easily, while collaborating within the team and with other teams seamlessly. We reduced the number and length of "checkpoint" meetings thanks to monday.com and we also have an easy way to collaborate over documents
It's a user friendly and accessible tool
What do you like best about the product?
You can communicate with everyone, it's well structured and accessible for everyone. You also can send big files without losing quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
About a few months from now on, the app is very slow when we used it in de workload view. However, we do not encounter any problem with this in the overview/main table

We use monday for scheduling our projects,briefings, etc

The organisation and the way you can communicate with your collegueas and create seperate groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
The workload tab is too slow. We need to put task on done or slide it to an other day. If that is slow we just can't work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes my workflow easy. At the start of the day i can sea what's on my plate and can communicate to my collegues if there is an issue.
An interesting discovery
What do you like best about the product?
An adapted online help. Great ergonomics that facilitate discovery.

A somewhat cluttered side. You must understand the logic which is not always intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assistance with the structuring of the program. Monday thought about quite a few operational problems such as breaking down the subject into sub-elements and sub-tasks.
