What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to follow, easy to track your tasks and I love the colours
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything I don't like to be honest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me track my projects and the never ending tasks that are required to build a project. I am so much more productive because I know daily what needs to be done.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday helps you have all the information you need in the same place, the entire workflow and communication. This way, if you have any problems in the future, you can find the issue quickly and solve them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think the structures made for developers are as complex as other platforms, maybe because I don´t use them as much. But I think they could be better. Also, the platform could start being more of a workspace or environment so people would use it constantly instead of communicating on their phones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It benefits me by making my tasks traceable, the time I use with them, and how each collaborator is doing. Also, if I need a bigger or smaller time, I can track how much each campaign is spending.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Monday because it brings the ease of creating and visualizing complex projects to the simplest ones, and with that, I can have an overview of the entire IT process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Question the limitations in automations, there could be more free choice of automations, such as sending an element from a board to a specific sub-element.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ease of visualizations, bringing new partnerships for interactions with external platforms and continuous improvement of bugs in automations, making them faster and more efficient

What do you like best about the product?
Really easy to use overall, moving clients between groups and boards is intuitive and makes a lot of sense.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automations are limited and a lot of functionality requires a much more expensive subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moving clients through a pipeline is something that we've only done through spreadsheets and messy documents, but monday.com has increased our productivity and made a tough job for us much easier.

The ability to automate tasks makes keeping tasks in the correct place as easy a click

There is nothing that I have discovered so far that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us to keep our sales reps connected on oppurtunities and leads and also helping our operations to keep track of tasks and who is doing them. It has helped immensely.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that this program keeps me organized but with the new update it gotten better looks in term that it looks cleaner and more intuitive. Excellent job on the revamp!

I just wish their would be more details on mobile notifications. Easier way to create notifications for individual slot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving organization issues we had. Instead of using excel and being confusing. This is simple to use and can update date on the fly or even update information

Very easy to use with an abundance of templates to get you started that are very configurable.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't assign tasks to other team members (for my reference only) who are not / don't need to be users of monday.com / CRM.

Shared team workflow allows clarity between the team on what everyone is working on, allowing for easy monitoring of workload and deadlines.

- need more automations about timeline
- auto recalculate timeline if user make a change in order to avoid overlays needed
- better progress column value. It will be very useful if you add a more complex way to calculate progress. Ability to add costom formulas
