Great site for companies to utilize
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a huge part of jobs at Light Iron. We use it for our FAQs for operators as well as checklists to keep track of your current shift. Its very easy to navigate and quick to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike about monday
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping each night with nightly checklists & keeping track of what is done, whats next to do and whats completed. It is also the first place to check if an operator runs into a problem

Third-party app integration is helpful for the updates.

It would be great to create our field and its type.

It helps us to see who is working on which task and the time is taken for each.

Monday is simple, easy and effective
What do you like best about the product?
The Monday app is simple and easy for everyone in your organization to use. It's the go to app for tasks and office management. I find fire better than any of the others have tried over the years and I've tried.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far I really enjoy it. It seems to work very well but there's no negative feedback that I can give you at this point. I would encourage everybody just to give it a free try.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping us keep our staff organized and keep everybody on task which is so important in an organization that spread out throughout the entire globe. Thank you.
Great place to work as a team!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can collaborate with team members no matter where they are. I like the accountability piece of establishing progress dates and end dates to keep the team on point to finish projects that they are working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle with keeping up with all of the different sections and making sure I know what I'm supposed to do. I think it is because I have multiple projects going on, it makes it hard to keep up with all of the dates and times we have put for ourselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can't think of anything. I have only used Monday.com for two years and still struggle to keep up with everything I'm supposed to do. Monday.com has really helped us stay on track, though.

We use it for Program & Project management, Product backlog and prioritization and detailed tasks management for a project.
Easy to navigate and user friendly.

You can customize your navigation and personalized it based on it's used.

Sometimes it takes a minute to load up the data.

Dashboards don't export or print as nice as they appear on the online platform. I end up taking screenshots.

It is helping to create clarity for projects with multiple, and sometimes micro-, steps, whose scopes are held by different parties, both internal and external.
Great for visibility of workload
What do you like best about the product?
It is a great tool to track workload and is a lot more pleasant to use than tasks in Outlook. Like the automation feature it avoids having to create new items for regular tasks

There are sometimes errors when updating automations

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting tools and simple UI. It is generally easy to use and integrate

Some reporting techniques that wold be helpful to my team are not yet available but I am not sure if any project management tool offers such niche reporting
