What do you like best about the product?
Very user frienbdly, can be accessed anytime and anywhere on computer and mobiles which is very important for me since i don't always carry my laptop.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any drawbacks as i only make basics tasks like puting information and downloading files. However, i think it's a bit pricy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having 1 tool that can be accessed by several people, anytime and anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that monday.com is highly customizable and can be set up according to our exact needs. Including integrations to almost all important business tools, it was an absolute gamechanger for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we feel it takes a bit too long to implement new features that are needed by the community. However, we think monday.com is doing a great job overall and they will get there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use monday.com for our project management, collaboration on tasks with clients, time tracking and much more. It's the backbone of our entire company.

What do you like best about the product?
It's ease of use and ability to keep things organized and work amongst with other teams. It has a lot of advanced features that teams can use too.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's expensive and it takes a while to set up for your team. There are also some admin settings that don't fully work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team collaboration and it's helping keep work organized across different teams.

Optimized our work flow easily!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it helps you keep track of everything in an easy-to-use platform. We easily integrated our entire team's to-do list. Our workflow before was so difficult to keep track of everything, and there was so much miscommunication. Afterward, monday.com helped our team to stay on track and on top of things, preventing miscommunication through the process. We can easily pass off work to others, and there are no more lost files or forgotten projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the automated processes stop working. For instance, checking a check box is supposed to move the project to a different section. However, we haven't had a chance to look into solutions or FAQ yet and they can be easily moved without the automated process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com is solving our team's miscommunication and is breaking down the steps for everyone. Before using this platform, our workflow was a disaster. No one knew who had the project or what steps were taken care of, or when changes needed to be made; some people would not be informed correctly about what was decided upon. Now, once we are finished with our step of a project, we can easily hand it off to the next person and have our section done by our own due date and clearly communicate with the entire team.

What do you like best about the product?
Integrates with so many different platforms. Very intuitive, but for times when it's not, there are great help articles. Love all the different board formats – we use Monday for everything from recruiting to sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish some board types were more customizable to allow for extremely particular workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to create a sales process and a creative process workflow. Monday.com helped me with formatting, automation, and tracking team bandwidth.

What do you like best about the product?
It has helped our team streamline all projects and has allowed everyone to know the status of any project at any given time. It has dramatically reduced the number of unnecessary follow-up meetings!
What do you dislike about the product?
Having too many Workspaces has become an issue. Finding things is difficult if you don't know exactly where they are. But that's not really a platform issue, more an issue of how we are using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has allowed us to stop working in silos. It has allowed all members of the team - and other teams - to know what everyone is working on and the status of each project. It has made us all more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy-to-use platform, that gives me enough flexibility to manage my tasks and project in the way that's best for me. The interface is nice and it allows me to do most of what I need for my day-to-day work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all the types of automations that I need are available. I find myself trying to do workarounds or do manually some of the things I'd like to automate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing my, and the team's tasks all in one place allows transparency and is convenient.

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly interface, easily editable. Continuously improving and the integration of apps. Additionally, the best is that this tool can be tailored to your specific needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be a monthly subscription instead of having to pay the yearly amount. This would allow individual users to also make use of the app. I recommend it to almost all my business contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of tasks, Monday also helps to be more creative with problem solving. At my previous job I used Monday to manage orders and prioritize the warehouse working order.

What do you like best about the product?
Using custom boards and creating a board that keeps track of our business and shares it among the team effortlessly is a considerable benefit. The intuitive tools and visualisation that Monday uses have allowed me to share and create and report quickly, making it the essential product for our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only issue I have is with the search tool; occasionally, it doesn't work first go, although this could be down to the age of my PC. Usually, I just hit refresh, and it works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me keep track of my designs and quotes to clients, allowing the team to stay on track and a clear point for notes and shared documents. As a result of the Monday boards, The team and I dont miss clients, which keeps us efficient and jobs rolling forward towards completion and money into the business.
