What do you like best about the product?
Task automation: monday.com allows the automation of repetitive tasks, which greatly facilitates the process, saving time and increasing productivity. Users can create rules and automated workflows to simplify processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price: Depending on the needs and size of the team, monday.com can be considered relatively expensive compared to other project management tools available on the market.

Lack of task automation: monday.com offers automation features that allow the creation of rules and automated workflows. This helps reduce manual and repetitive tasks, increasing efficiency and allowing the team to focus on more strategic and important activities.
I've been working with Monday for about 4 years and it makes my life much easier.
What do you like best about the product?
Have an intuitive interface, it has an intuitive and user-friendly user interface. Project management, the platform uses customizable boards that allow teams to visualize their tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although monday.com has an intuitive interface, some people may need some time to fully familiarize themselves with the platform and take advantage of all the available features. The learning curve may be steeper for those who are not used to project management tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fragmented communication and collaboration: monday.com facilitates collaboration and communication among team members in real-time. The file sharing, comments, and updates features allow the team to work collaboratively and keep everyone updated on the project's progress.

it's helpful to make sure that the team is all working towards the same goal

the ui could be a little improved in my opinion, but there has a recent update which has definitely improved the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it's great for our social media channels, the whole team can contribute to one space updated in real time - eg manager can plan, copywriter can plan the content and captions etc. I also use the calendar to manage my time during work, which helps me to focus on tasks and also my colleagues can see what I'm working on & when

The wide range of options available that allow me to Manage a multi-disciplined team internationally.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time it takes to respond to feedback and essential change requests to fix bugs or unecessary 'clunks' in the system.

Uniformed project management works internationally, including time tracking and logs of team output.
One of the best project and task management tool
What do you like best about the product?
With the growing team, we were finding it hard to collaborate and organise tasks efficiently. I performed a lot of research as we were already using "free tools" and nothing compared to monday.com.
We can easily monitor tasks, allocate them to the correct team members, clearly mark what stage the task is in. This has been the best investment to our marketing department and I cannot rate them highly enough. If you don't have monday.com, you don't have the level of organisation that you are capable of, it's that simple!

What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com need to review the license cost. if we have competitive price then whole organization can use monday.com. Currently only Leaders are using the monday.com in my organizaiton .if pricing supports then we are happy to rollout across the organization

Earlier we are investing lot of time on emails to understand the status of the task. now my team on top of their tasks and very easy to manage the team members who are working in different locations

Excellent Product for Work From Home situations
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to organize and keep track of you work. Sharing daily updates, keeping track of projects, schedule creation and gantt charts are the most useful features of this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The web application work perfect without any flaws. However there are many bugs in the desktop and mobile applications that needs to be fixed. Hope that these will be fixed in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com provides a platform for employer and employees to collaborate and work head to head by different locations. I work at a Japanese firm while in Sri Lanka. Makes it easy to keep our progress in sync.

I truly didn't realise how much data I was manually tracking

Some of the restrictions with automations are frustrating

Certificate storage and data compliance is made easier with the calendar and integrations calling to action the people who need to know

It's easy to keep track of the deadlines you have coming up, and perfect for keeping in touch with your team when working remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's great that you can personalise it, but it's easy to go overboard and make things complicated!
