Monday.com keeps me on my toes and tasks completed
What do you like best about the product?
The thing that I like the most about Monday.com are the reminders and the fact that I have to keep my tasks up to date or they will appear past due. This is a very benefitial initiative to keep my tasks completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest there is not much that I dislike about Monday.com, when there is something I simply don't understand I play around to figure it out!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping the many tasks that I have to complete on a daily, weekly, and monthly cadence complete and ON-TIME!
Makes account management easy
What do you like best about the product?
The boards are easy to build and follow. Automations make everything easy to organise and keep track of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation can be glitchy. For example, scrolling left/right across tasks can be temperamental
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps all of our work in one place. Tasks are easy to find so if people are off sick/on leave its easy for others to fill in.
Great platform
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is quick and easy to find important material. Even if the board is large and have lots of columns the search and filter settings are super useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve at the beginning but then it gets a lot easier to use and navigate!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps make sure that everything is completed. I do wish there was an easy way to mark off things being completed. Maybe text reminders or something?
User-friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It is an integrated tool that helps us organize things systematically. A user-friendly tool which is easy to navigate and help our lives at an easy pace. It is an all in one application.
What do you dislike about the product?
None for me. No downside and I will recommend this to friend, colleagues and businesses in able to manage their information to a handy application like Monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us to integrate things easily to be able to manage the needs of clients by using this app. Helps us with the flow of task to be done and to identify which task has more urgency than the other.

What do you like best about the product?
The system is fairly intuitive and offers a large variety of visualisations and other methods of filtering and manipulating the data from project boards and tasks to produce useful views for different teams and individuals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automations are a little clunky and could be a bit more powerful. Some field types can't be automated in the ways I'd like, but the constant improvement from Monday.com should mitigate that over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has allowed the business unit to operate more collaboratively and with much easier transparency than previous platforms. In fact, the biggest issue with moving to the system has been getting people to take advantage of the increased functionality and not just use it as a spreadsheet.
Great Intuitive design
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and integrate into a project management system. Can generate timelines and sort by critical deadlines quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a simple design, but some of the features are hidden and require external tutorials to figure out to maximise the potential of the software

Organising and catorgising projects based on critical paths.
Monday something more than a CRM
What do you like best about the product?
The facility that it provides me to be able to assemble my processes

The automation part does not work in the best way unless you are an enterprise in the payment plan

Basically, it allows our processes to be better integrated and allows us to have better communication between our work teams.
Use every day to assign work and manage workflow

It is a great one-stop shop for workflow management within a large team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the cards are glitchy and I will delete accidentally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure that works finds its way to the right people.
Good platform with a lot of potential
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is highly intuitive and has a very good visual interface. Over the last year monday improved drastically on server stability and added some usefull features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some basic automations are missing, such as an OR condition. Besides that, if you really want to use an "intelligent" board, you need another tool like Make.com to automate your workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping us to display our workflow, so we know which project is in which phase. What has been a blackbox for a long time is now easy to track and information can be summarized easily.
