Great for managing projects and proposals
What do you like best about the product?
I can easily and quickly see what projects my team is working on and even categorize it by deadline, and who is working on the project and the status. I helps make the process much more efficicient.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to export the information in a format that is easy to quickly understand. The format comes out different and I would prefer it to be a standard option to download, or even give some options of how to download the information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping with collaboration with team members, espectially when working remotely. Information can be easily shared all in one place rather than in five different places.

We are a small company and there are not many systems that can provide a solution for project management in one place and at a high level like Monday.

It has all the features necessary to plan projects and tasks. It also has the tools and automation to make sure you stay on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
The worst thing about Monday is the fact that users don't update it as often as they should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem Monday solves is not having to constantly ask where the team is at with their tasks or projects. It also makes sure everything is systemetised.
Monday is intuitive, effective and easy to pick up and immediately hit the ground running.

Monday is a visually striking work management system that turns lengthy tasklists and endless workflow tracking spreadsheets into an intuitive, compact shared space. Affordable, effective and easy to pick up, unlike many competitors, Monday won't require dozens of in house workshops to 'understand how to use it'.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday's simplicity comes at the cost of flexibility and complexity. While it covers the vast majority of use cases, if you're an organisation that needs its work management system to have extremely specific set ups or niche features then you may find Monday an inadequate substitute for a bespoke solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps the team stay on the same page across the board, ensures the rights tasks are being prioritised and keeps track of who's responsible for what and how they are doing.

Could really do with an integrated Calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a BDM I have a lot of balls in the air at any one time, some of which stay up for a long time. Monday.com allows me to know in an instant where I am at with every aspect of every project. It also adds transparency to my role as my CFO can see at any time that action has been taken on delegated tasks, even though they are yet to be resolved.
Monday.com has made collaborating at the highest level of the business easier and added much-needed accountability. Anyone in the C-Suite can see exactly what they and others have been assigned to, and take action accordingly.

`I absolutely love the ability to establish dependencies so easily, set automations that are easy to follow and how I get alerted!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had issues with automations randomly breaking, not being alerted and dependencies not working.

Its ease of collaboration allows for smoothe process to take place. Everything living in one place and allowing for an automated process when its your turn is amazing.

I am still not sure of the privacy settings. I wouldn't say I like it when I tag someone that it means they have full access to the entire thread. I am sure there is a way

This often feels like a stumbling block to making the most of what Monday.com can offer.

I love that Monday has a whole YouTube channel that teaches me how to use the tool to its maximum capacity!

To use the tool to its total capacity, you must overcome a bit of a learning curve. Therefore, some people on my team have a hard time using it or resist to it.

It keeps me organized and on top of my tasks. It will get done as long as I input the task into Monday.
