What do you like best about the product?
It helps streamline my workflow and keep everyone updated easily
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know that I have any complaints!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I just need to make sure everyone can quickly see a snapshot of where we are on certain projects. I do feel it helps us to be more productive and no one has to spend a lot of time trying to figure out what the status is.

I like how easy it is to use, i like the fact that once you add a new employee its easy to bring him in and teach them very easily
What do you dislike about the product?
i dont like the phone number feature if we could connect it to our cell phone
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is hellping my company maintain a clean format to know which leads we have contacted and which ones need to be talked to
Monday is very User-Friendly, and the Team loves it! In addition, the product keeps getting improved
What do you like best about the product?
We received notifications about new updates and ugrades and they are awesome! The project tracking and comments features are great, as well as the Dashboards. We love that when we Go Live, we see balloons and confetti! With the new Monday.com, the look and feel has been modernized, although it was pretty modern already.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say that the software is a bit pricey if you want to use it throughout the organization. However, I feel it is worth the price. The platform is easy to use and doesn't require a considerable investment of time to customize it to your needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't forget our due dates aymore. We love the feature where you can archive tasks when they are completed.
Great Program with Endless Possiblilites
What do you like best about the product?
I love the different templates available. Whether you want to track data, or people's work, the options are there and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more of a hands-on training when we initially get set up with the program to ensure full understanding of all the different features/benefits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us keep everyone on the same page since everything is tracked in one place. It is also helping with our internal communications.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is an easy way to track projects. I love that I added a team member and was able to remove them just as easily when the project was complete. I got credit for reducing my team member number. The ease of this really won me over. The system is simple, easy and keeps my business organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I am not happy with at the moment. Will let you know if I find it, but so far I haven't. Enjoying using the program. It makes things easy for my team members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has allowed me to create clarity with my team, our objectives and deliverables. No one can say that the instructions or desired outcome is not clear. It is very clear with Monday. Everything is documented. Love it.

Great Software Application, Support is VERY difficult to get in contact with and gets frustrating.
What do you like best about the product?
very user friendly software. Videos are helpful when starting out. Templates are helpful with starting so have some guidance. It's great having forms that automatically input in the data to the application so there isn't double entry.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support is VERY difficult to get in contact with and gets frustrating. no phone number to call. support via email is slow and setting up meetings with people are weeks out.

keeps team members involved and aware of work load. can easily work on a project/task and have a number of different users but they can all have visibility on status at hand.

The form builder, project templates, email alerts, creating reports, downloading things to excel or PDF, collaborating

it's not mobile-friendly, I can imagine it isn't easy to put it on mobile. However, that's the value it can bring compared to sheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating with different teams on task management and project management, it is easy to use.
A Must-Have tool for your business! (Updated after a copule of years of use)
What do you like best about the product?
I've been working with monday for almost 3 years, but it allows to create, develop and share instantly information with all the teams of the company, it's awesome for 3.0 methodologies, connections with 3rd party apps like Jira, and for me it's the best complement for my TA team! We can obtain metrics, automated pipelines and a request form without needing an ATS! I love it
What do you dislike about the product?
It's pretty hard to integrate or merge boards without duplicating items. Otherwise, I don't have any bad review or comment about Monday. I love it, and it solved my team's needs!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First of all, it allows me to develop KPI and critical metrics for the business as Cycle times, conversion rates, tasks to do with someone assigned for sprints, and more! At the same time, I'm having a huge improvement in my executive reports.

Super easy to use and makes my job much easier
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are so many tools you can utilize.

Having to screw the through items, it's a bit packed and would be nice to have more space for smaller devices
