What do you like best about the product?

I've been working with monday for almost 3 years, but it allows to create, develop and share instantly information with all the teams of the company, it's awesome for 3.0 methodologies, connections with 3rd party apps like Jira, and for me it's the best complement for my TA team! We can obtain metrics, automated pipelines and a request form without needing an ATS! I love it

What do you dislike about the product?

It's pretty hard to integrate or merge boards without duplicating items. Otherwise, I don't have any bad review or comment about Monday. I love it, and it solved my team's needs!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

First of all, it allows me to develop KPI and critical metrics for the business as Cycle times, conversion rates, tasks to do with someone assigned for sprints, and more! At the same time, I'm having a huge improvement in my executive reports.

At the same time, it allows me to create flowcharts, Gantt projects & Project environments for new developments at workplace

I like that there are so many tools you can utilize.

Having to screw the through items, it's a bit packed and would be nice to have more space for smaller devices

What I like most about monday.com are the automations that enable a flexible and innovative work routine; the management I do through the tool makes the routine lighter.

In monday.com, there could be some commands that would facilitate navigation in the tool, for example: using the tab key could change the column or row, some commands similar to Excel I believe would help in using the tool.

I started my journey at the company where I work as a project coordinator, monday.com has been an excellent tool for project management, I do all the monitoring and controls in the tool.

There are a lot of options for customizing your workspace. The interface is pleasing to look at and doesn't make the workload feel overwhelming.

Sometimes I'm not sure of the best way to organize my boards.

Besides its primary function of having a project tracking tool you can access from anywhere and collaborate with other teammates, it has a convienient import tool for Excel and CSV files. My favorite thing about the tool is how it works with Windows. I can copy an image from my Windows application and paste it directly into Monday without going through any upload prompts.

I think the undo, and history tools are lacking. I would like to have the option to save versions indefinitely. I also would like to have different column options within a single board.

Easy to use and update for many projects. Great for collaboration and has cut down on time spent emailing. Very useful for facilitating meetings.

Documents have syncing and copying/pasting issues. Needing to customize sub-items columns is time consuming. Linking across boards is not always intuitive or successful. Linked apps (e.g., Outlook) don't do what we need them to do.
