Easy to Learn and Manage Data

What do you like best about the product?
It is very user-friendly and the data is so visual. It is very easy to train new employees on our current system, and we can see right away cases that need attention.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have used a few boards that we have wanted to mirror, and at least personally for me the logistics of that were a little challenging to figure out how to make work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had difficulty moving cases after their data had been input and tracking dates to prioritize those cases needing the most urgent attention. The grouping and automation of the board have made tracking and prioritizing so much easier

What do you like best about the product?
the ability to put content in and have the workers update and keep things aligned and on track, flexible to modify but strict enough to keep a standard. we can have a project grow
What do you dislike about the product?
some of the functionality is not intuitive, for example making a graph from data sometimes groups and sometimes doesnt, there are rules to why but not always apparent
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aligning the resources to the business and activities, giving the individual an ability to track upcoming work and current tasks and how they fit to the larger projects. Allows us to staff accordingly.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday keeps me super organized and in track. I love how you can create processes and allow for automation so that things happen automatically when you complete a task for yourself or for someone. I love this!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I dislike. Everything is pretty efficient. Maybe the fact that there aren't any pop up's to notify you within monday could be a little hassle. But you receive hen via email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving my ability to miss out in certain tasks which can be detrimental in certain situations

What do you like best about the product?
As an account and client relations manager who depend on technology to streamline my work, I have found Monday.com to be an indispensable tool for my everyday tasks. I was impressed by the intuitive user interface and the ease with which I could customize my workflows. The flexibility of the platform has allowed me to create personalized dashboards and boards that meet my specific needs and help me stay organized and efficient. Additionally, the platform's integration with other software tools that I use has enabled me to seamlessly collaborate with my team members and clients.

I also appreciate the regular updates and new features that your team continuously releases, which shows your commitment to continuously improving and evolving the platform. Your customer support team has been extremely helpful in providing prompt and comprehensive assistance whenever I had a question or need help with a specific feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features that I wish were available. For example, it would be helpful to have a feature that would allow me to track time on tasks and generate reports based on that data. Additionally, I would love to see more robust options for visualizing data on the platform.

Despite these minor downsides, I continue to be impressed with Monday.com and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and user-friendly project management tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Work boards to organize better your tasks per hour and have punctuation for each task, also you can create charts to visualize your job performance, and this helps you to have great control of your activities per day
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like the complements made heavy on the website because it ends with a lot of information, and your browser's perceived slow, but this one depends on your workload
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps me with time tracking, then I realize if the tasks are longer or shorter than I expected if it is my first time doing the task. So, at the end of the day, I can calculate how many tasks I can do per day, week or month.

What do you like best about the product?
The various different ways to customize and view my tasks. Subtasks are great and all the different statuses and communications are also very helpful

Sometimes I get lost in the amount of different options.

Communications between team members on different projects and allowing us all to see the status and updates on the progress of a project.

What do you like best about the product?
Agility and how intuitive is the product.
Once I can state clearly my needs, the process of designing a board/dashboard, executing it, and handover to the team is very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some smaller features are not completely wrapped up, filtering subitmes, different views are harder to configure sometimes.
The gantt view on it own is still very messy to look at and handle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ongoing communication and monitoring in a multidisciplinary team, across various projects.

What do you like best about the product?
The priority and due date features help me to stay on task without missing deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I could link monday to my calendar so that my tasks would be reflected in the same space as my meetings and other agenda items.

Monday.com helps me keep track of tedious but important tasks that would otherwise get lost in the mix of a research project.
