My teams productivity has increased. With most of us working remotely. Making collaboration a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has allowed our team the flexibility to communicate with each other while working remotely. We can assign tasks and track deadlines with minimal stress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the automation's we tried to build, we were unable to do so. Particularly that if you change the status of something, it can trigger being moved into a separate folder
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration and tracking were problems we faced, as certain projects were getting "lost in the cracks.". Monday.com allowed us a place to put everything down in a place we could clearly see, and see where everyone was at with any particular job.
A Business Owner's Dream Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
As someone who has used many project management tools in the past, I love how visual Monday is. I love that I can fully customize the look & feel of my workspaces and dashboards by using widgets, color coding, and more to create the perfect solution for my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday is really a 10/10 in my book, so it's hard to find things to dislike. One thing I feel could be improved upon is some of the widget customizations. For example, I would love to be able to color code items in the calendar widget to match the particular dashboard it is pulling from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday keeps me organized and acts as the "command center" for my boutique marketing agency. It allows me to track ongoing projects, due dates, and more all in one place so I can get a better idea of my workload and stay on track.
Extremely helpful for complex project management
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is great for complex project management, and I love that dashboards offer insights and reporting so easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes confusing to link multiple boards together so they are in communication with each other, but Monday support is very helpful with this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has broken down siloes and increased transparency between departments. I can easily see where my colleagues are on deliverables, and can plan accordingly without bothering them.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that everything is so easy to use, and it really helps us bring together our projects. We can see who has bandwidth to take on more work each week, as well as see what other projects are happening throughout the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I feel is that you have to pay for all the extras, but it's not a lot of money in the overall scheme and it makes it so much better to use with the pro version!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of too many emails. Instead of emailing each step of the project, we are putting it all on monday.com. It is also allowing us to see everything that is happening across the agency in one place, and keep track of the time being spent on projects.

The best feature on monday is how easily one can organize the daily to do work. It is very helpful for big companies and heavy workflow, specially for social media management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont think there's something that i dislike about monday, but i do think that it works specially well for big companies, so it might not be ideal for small business or work groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
before using monday, we used to work on a google sheet, wich was very very confusing. Upgrading to monday helped us being more efficient, working faster and being more organized with our work.

Monday is great for customization and has a great way to optimize work.

What do you dislike about the product?
What would be very helpfull is to chose more colour options for customization. Also would be benefitial the option to buy as many users as we like (not 3 or multiplus of 5).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has helped us to track our work better, improve our comunication with the team members, keep track in real time of our OKRs and keep the history of what was asked in the elements.
I have found Monday.com so useful for organising my business.

Very easy and intuitive to use. It is very straight forward.

It can be trick to choose or set up boards initially.

Sharing info amongst the team I work in on showing what we're working on and opportunities for collaboration. It is also clear for reporting to trustees etc because we can show easily what is going on.
Helps streamline projects and manage & communicate with team members
What do you like best about the product?
The different boards to manage our different clients' projects and being able to upload files and communicate with team members effectively in the specific task. Also, the ability to assign projects and input deadlines, as well as, some of the integrated apps that can be used.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside for myself which may not be the case for everyone is the cost per team member, or certain packages especially for small business owners. I would like to use the time tracker feature with my team but I have to upgrade to a package that is currently not in my budget. So, I have to out source to another company to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem monday.com is solving for me is keeping track of projects and files in one place, and that our team members can easily access them without having to send a bunch of emails.
