Monday.com has changed the way I go about my job for the better
What do you like best about the product?
Great for keeping track of of our operations and bookings. I also use it as a task manager and can see what I complete and have yet to complete each week.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have access to all functions so sometimes have to go through my line manager to make simple/easy changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work and task management has improved being able to see every element of my job in one place.
Monday.com has greatly helped our teams collaborate and keep track of projects
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to customize for each team's wants and needs. We have greatly enjoyed the ease of use once set up to our liking. The communication, automation, and integrations make this platform stand out to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would love to see is adding multiple x-axes for monday.com charts. From my perusing the support and forums on the platform, it seems this is something in development, but this is likely the biggest gatekeeper from us using these to report all metrics. Currently, we only report using charts that work with this formatting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest thing for us was unifying department teams on the same platform. With Monday, we've accomplished that. It's one place where each team has its own space to autonomously and consistently use.
AMAZING ASSET
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to track tasks, and time frames of tasks that our company/ department are working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The old layout was a little clunky, but I like the new one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
EOD updates; we used to have to message EVERYTHING we did at the end of the day, with Monday.com, our team can just update their specific boards and the entire company/department can see what's going on, and if there are deadlines, we can keep track of them.
Very useful, cover basic needs

The fact that it is easy customizable makes it the perfect tool to control our business. We can set up different dahsboards according to every area needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The prices are high compared to other tools in the market and the functionalities they offer for the same or lower price. Also, they force you to buy in multiples of 5 users which is a downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me a general and detail view of all projects that are underway. With it, I can easly track each stage, responsable, comments, upcoming events, everything I need to know.

What do you like best about the product?
It has everything a company looks for, facilitates understanding and day-to-day tasks of the processes within the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything in Monday is really useful, there is nothing negative to say about Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously in the company, we managed our management system on a dead platform since the documents had no life, and from the moment we acquired Monday, the entire format of our management system came to life.
Some Bumps in the Process, Overall Awesome Product
What do you like best about the product?
There's nothing it can't be applied to. Monday.com does anything your business needs. Improving workflows, automation, managing products and campaigns, forms, CRM - whatever you need, they have it. I implemented it for our marketing department, and I am hoping we can show why our whole company should adopt and utilize it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a significant learning curve if you know little to nothing about it. We also experienced a few hiccups in scheduling support and review sessions, so there was a bit of an initial struggle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to improve our workflows and efficiencies. We haven't even really tapped into its power, but there is already an increase in productivity. The team has been happy with it so far.

Having accountability and transparency across my team and our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that I cannot reorder views on a board. I also do not like/have trouble with the Emails/Activities widget and the CRM activities showing up on all activity boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is giving my team and teams across the organization a better solution for managing work traditionally kept and managed with some kind of version control in spreadsheets.
Great way to organize your tasks
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of Monday.com is that you can keep tasks within a month range or in any group that suits your situation. I also love that you can create subcategories within the tasks to hone in more on what is needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to change the way the calendar is displayed. Currently it seems to run their weeks in a European fashion and I am wanting to see it in the American manner. I get confused and sometimes choose an incorrect due date because I think it's a Friday when it's really a Saturday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com ensures that I don't forget to complete a task either by the deadline or even at all. It allows me to be more productive since I don't have to remember what to do; I can just refer to Monday.com.
Super User friendly. Easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
I felt that it was easy to get started and my sales rep did a great job showing us the features that mattered to our organization. I also like the integrations with other programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an ability to type unlimited text in the "text" box that you can add to the dashboard. I would also like the ability to customize a little more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage multiple projects all in different stages at one time. The ability to see things at "30,000 ft and then deep dive into 1 piece of the project is helping our team catch tasks or details that were getting lost before.
