Helpful Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, understand and add users. Easy to gain buy in from other users.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would help if there is a service to have professional services team to help assist in integrations our Account manager pointed us to the training documentation while helpful was very time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us to combined various operations tracking documents that were previously held in excel and eliminated more manual admin and version control.
All-One-Solution With Ability to Scale
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has a visually appealing user interface that makes it easy for new users within an organization to feel comfortable adopting. But at the same time, Monday has a powerful back end that power users (like Project Managers) will be empowered to set automation, created filtered, views, etc which are essential for operating with efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of at the moment. My organization has been a Monday.com customer for less than a year, so we will continue to evaluate the features and functionality as more of our operations move over from excel and email-based workflows to Monday.com workflows
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has helped us to reduce tedious amounts of emails, and reduce our dependencies on Google Sheets. Having as much as we can consolidate into Monday.com has enabled us to operate more efficiently and effectively.
Complete project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
When I started with my current company, they were using a couple of different systems to keep track of all Project Management aspects. When we began using Monday, everything became more accessible. Everything was in the same place, and it was easy to use. Very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is that when you respond to an email thread on Monday, all parties copied don't always get all of the emails. It is easier to follow up via your email account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned, Monday has allowed our entire team to work on projects and cover for time off in one place. Before we started using Monday.com and we were going to be out of the office, we would have to type up an Excel spreadsheet to share the status of each of our clients; specific due dates had to be listed there, and our processes were similar but not consistent across the board. With Monday, we no longer have to do that. Due dates are listed in Monday.com, client contacts are listed there, and all of the links to our assets are listed in one place, so you don't spend so much time searching for files.
A personal example of this happened about two months ago. I was unexpectedly hospitalized and missed several days of work. I did not receive one call to figure out what the status of my clients were. All the information my team needed to cover for me was already in Monday.com. This allowed me to rest and recover, and when I returned to the office, everything was completed as if I had never missed a day. This would not have been the case if we didn't have Monday.com.

True Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
Seriously, this tool is invaluable to me and my team. Being able to align, plan ahead, and stay organized is critical in such a fast-paced environment. The extensions help make our work seamless and the automation features remove the extra steps that often fall through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting everyone on board is definitely the hardest part, but that's certainly not Monday's fault. It would be great if there was a stripped back version I could put team members on to keep it from being overwhelming for new users.

Monday allows us to track projects at a glance, removing the need for time-wasting meetings. It provides an easy place for proofing with easy communication on changes and version updates.
Monday.com makes project management visible for everyone
What do you like best about the product?
You can easily see all of your tasks in one place. Beyond your own tasks, you can see what you have coming up and what other people are working on to help manage everyone's workloads.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you are subscribed to boards, you get notifications whenever someone posts to that board, even if the specific task doesn't relate to you. This can result in a lot of notifications to go through sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It take out busy communication between project tasks. Everything is updated on Monday.com, so people can go and check what has been done, what needs to be done, and where people are stuck easily.
Very flexible
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility to create different boards to facilitate different areas of work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few third party add-ons that I would like to use, but only occasionally so it's not worth paying for on an ongoing whole team basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's serves as a platform for our small organisation to share, update and file information.
Extremely dynamic platform
What do you like best about the product?
real-time visualization of all activities, enabling more precise decision-making in advance, which ensures that internal processes have full traceability.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some limitations in your automations, there are still some automation needs, such as, for example, subscription platform, contract management, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enables real-time management of multiple tasks simultaneously without wasting time searching for information. With Monday, we can track all issues and resolve them more quickly.
(Work) Life Changing!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to customize my boards and tailor to what my team needs. This system has completely changed the way we track deadlines, milestones & projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
My team uses a ton of excel documents and it would be super helpful if we could easily copy & paste pertinent information into the dashboard for easy reference, but there isn't a good "spreadsheet" app. There are a few out there, but nort worth the extra cost. An Excel Microsoft app would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the problem of having to dig through emails to determine where everyone is on a certain project. We can easily reference due dates and see who needs assistance.

What do you like best about the product?
The collaboration with coworkers and how we can communicate with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sub items cannot be individually be made for each item. I dislike that we cannot change each sub item for each item.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The way we can easily track everything and collaborate together.
Efficiency Booster!!
What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Monday.com is that it has helped our efficiency so much! The way that our entire team has access to the information all in one place has saved us so much time-consuming back-and-forth communication. The automations are fantastic. Overall our team is very happy with Monday.com. It has been a positive shift, and has helped to boost efficiency and organization in the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every platform has its limitations. One of the features that we have found to come up short was time-tracking. No marketplace app meets our needs, either. It would be great if there was a way to link time tracking to a specific customer across the platform. Not just within a board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to spend a lot of time doing data entry in a number of different places. Now, with Monday.com, I am able to enter the data in one place, and it gets everywhere it needs to go. And everyone who needs access to the information can access it on their own, without me having to notify them. In addition, I don't have to dig through files or make phone calls to get the information about projects that I need, as it is all displayed in our relevant boards on the platform.
