Good for big companies, but a setup is needed
What do you like best about the product?
A lot of features, types of viewing, widgets and sync with others products.
What do you dislike about the product?
To use the product, training and setup is needed and this can complicate a little on the begning
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working in a communication company, monday helps to organize our daily tasks, big and small projects, and concentrate information and docs in an organized way.
I love Monday! It's so easy to use and keeps me organized.
What do you like best about the product?
Monday keeps me organized and helps me keep track of all my projects, tasks and notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing bad to say about Monday. It's been a great experience so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is allowing us to track our time on projects which shows that company how much work our Project Management team is putting into the projects we work on and it helps us stay organized and on track.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is easily customizable boards to the specific needs of the organization, as well as individual departmental/team use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would prefer better options for form views.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidated work across Business Development teams, allows for company-wide visibility and creates a platform for communicating to internal stakeholders in a central repository of contract activities.
Solved my task organization!
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to understand, and it helps me to organize the different tasks that my job has. The best part of it is that I can automate some actions, and it makes my life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have more automation options. Sometimes I would like to include options that are not available. Also, I would like reminders to be easier to set since occasionally, I don't receive e-mail reminders and lose track of certain items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On my task, we have to handle several articles to post on our internal tools. Monday.com has helped us a lot to track the pieces, which ones are the most urgent, who they are assigned to, and how much time we have left. It is excellent!
Using Monday for event planning and management
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Monday provides a place where I can connect people who are volunteers with my events as well as those who work inside my organization. They can all see the same goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday is not the most intuitive for those who are new to platforms like this, but with a little training I've found this can be overcome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday solves the problem of everyone walking away from a meeting having heard different things and having different understanding of our next steps forward. When it's documented in Monday.com it's clear and we can act on it
Game changer for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
We love keeping our team up-to-date with project statuses and individual tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could link tables and pulses easier. I know there are some workarounds and paid solutions, but it's still very difficult!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of what everyone is doing! We can hold people accountable (including myself).

What do you like best about the product?
Helps to organize our project tasks. User Friendly, lucid and easily managable. My most beloved feature is automatically move to other category upon respective update.

As of now nothing. Everything is at its best.

The upsides of using Monday.com are that it is very easy to use and to customize, so seeing what still needs to get done is fast and clear for everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
When creating a new task, I need to remove all filters from my present view or it will "disappear" and I'll have to look for it...
Also, I would like to be able to create subtasks and handle them as if they were tasks (this is just a personal preference)
