Awesome Program
What do you like best about the product?
The best that I like about Monday is the flexibility to create any dashboard, workflow, timesheet project on it. It's easy to integrate your team and interact with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their new search bar is a headache now because it only allows you to look up to 20 columns now and before that search bar would look for everything on the entire dashboard
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I use monday I create all my projects there and can have a great visualization too. My team and I are able to update the dashboards and can follow up easier on projects
World is your oyster with Monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
Automations are what separates Monday.com from a piece of paper or a spreadsheet in excel. Taking away the minute actions of moving data or doing the next step really makes my time more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
If only it could integrate with our HRIS that would be awesome! Having an undo button would help as well or being able to press Ctrl+Z. Also, why the limit on automations?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our HRIS does not provide a robust module for leaves of absence. We are not at a size yet to spend another 20k on a separate leave management system. I was able to build a board to track leaves of absence and automatically populate the sub tasks that needed to happen when a person goes on leave. They have specific deadlines to be done by. It is also helping us with transparency on projects, our size is growing and more people need to access the data at the same time.

What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to login and use, data keeping and record maintenance was easy with it. All the work related data was easily mainted at it. Also no issues faced as such.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. I didn't faced any such issues during the time I used it. Also it had many benefits like comparing of data with other employees to know where you stand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped in recording and maintaining data accross the organisation. Also helped in comparing data with other employees. Also Monday.com was quite user friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is useful in case you need to organice yours and other peoples day and labour at you job. As an account manager it helps me explain what everyone has to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is actually nothing i dislike about the app. It works very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With monday.com i dont have to be constantly sending emails to my colleagues so they are updates on the work flow.

You can have multiple channels wish has 100% kept me organised!

not much - sometimes hard to use or learn but really useful once yuo get the hang of it

My work flow has signifcantly imrpoved. Completely my work fasting than ever. I can track my tasks and have my boss see what im doing too!.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Monday.com offers several impressive features, there are areas where it can improve based on user feedback. One limitation is the restriction on the number of boards that can be added to the portfolio dashboard, hindering the ability to centralize all reporting in one place. Expanding this capability would greatly enhance the platform's effectiveness for comprehensive reporting.
Another area for improvement lies in the handling of subitems. Currently, Monday.com primarily focuses on tasks and projects, excluding subitems from fully utilizing the platform's features. Extending support for subitems would benefit users who require more granular organization and management within their workflows.
Additionally, the absence of a built-in recurring task capability is a notable limitation. While there is an app in Beta that addresses this need and it looks quite promising, integrating a native recurring task feature directly within Monday.com would streamline the experience and eliminate the need for external solutions.

Pretty awesome and flexible platform
What do you like best about the product?
Highly flexible for simple users to power users. Can create a GUI app for many business use cases. Lots of integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
API rate limiting and reliability. Lack of powerful integrations or full support of features for integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday provides a flexible platform to manage, book and invoice our professional services. It takes the headache out of manual tracking.
Can do it all with work
What do you like best about the product?
The features and templates are robust and support all kinds of project management, tracking, etc.

Almost too many features to work through and get it up and running. Not user friendly immediately

Monday.com helped solve project tracking in one place without updating all sorts of spreadsheets
Just customizable enough without being overwhelming

THere are so many options to organize my workflows that any type of business or person can find their fit here. It's also very easy to transition over to monday from other services or google sheets

There are some options i would like to try but im not sure how they are best used and sometimes i feel like i am not getting the most out of monday by not trying them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do a lot of different things and monday helps me keep them separated from each other but also tasks within them grouped accordingly. its good for large scale project tracking with multiple people or single task management

It helps me keep my clients organized. It helps me keep my clients group together in different genres, and it helps me stay on task with where I am in the process.
