What do you like best about the product?
Having a central location for all employees to keep track of processes, timelines, deadlines, expirations, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes is not the most user friendly, especially if you do not have all the permissions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a central location for all employees to avoid multiple emails or spreadsheets.

Easy to use and keep track of projects

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to keep track of all the projects and comminucate with collegues. The interface is user friendly, and colourful. It's easy to share files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the timer continued counting even when I have paused it. Also, sometimes the timer also doesn't start when I try to start it. I also recieve emails from Monday even after I asked to stop them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping me keep in contact with collegues and to clearly communicate about projects. Monday is also helping me share documents and sort any issues in the project.

Great project management system

What do you like best about the product?
It's great to clearly be able to see the work that the whole team is doing, including progress, deadline dates, and status.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to adapt a dashboard exactly to our needs, so we might use Google Sheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We clearly lay out the tasks and aims of each project, and can detail all the tasks needed to reach our goal. This is then assigned to team members and progress is marked.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to update and navigate. It is straightforward on the eyes, making it simple to see different areas of interest. Grouping is also very helpful to organize the workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had any issues with Monday.com. It is very customizable, so you can use it however you see fit. It might just take a little time to figure out the best way to format it for your use case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps my team stay organized and informed. We are able to track each other's projects and retrieve important documents and notes. This cuts down on emails and calls by quickly retrieving something from its location on Monday.com

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility and intuitive nature of monday.com makes it an invaluable tool to manage projects and tasks. I'd be lost without!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have the ability to have a more compacted view of lists / tasks. I keep track of events we evaulate on a Google sheet, and when I tried to convert it to my Monday.com projects, it did not translate well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps me stay on top of tasks and prioritizes what needs to get done. I also love using it to capture ideas and execute our integrated campaigns. It keeps me organized as I plan our events and webinars.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com uses many functions, but it's clean. Depending on your business needs, it is easy to customize your Monday boards to function and categorize how you need them. Along with the customization you can keep up with the analytics behind the scenes as you do with company performance too!
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Monday.com has its cons, when setting up dates/times/reminders, it does not allow them to be individualized. You have to choose from pre-sets Monday provides. Additionally, messaging and notes all get lost over time unless you pin every last one - which still defeats the purpose as you have to scroll down to it based on how recent or old the message and notes are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com contains many clients that are funneled in via numerous sources. It allows our company to reach out and keep up with communication and step-by-step intakes.
