Efficient Construction Management and Seamless Communication with Mondays.com
What do you like best about the product?
The user experience of Mondays.com for our rental turn over construction management program has been exceptional. These features include task management, real-time updates, file sharing, and seamless collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, there was a slight learning curve for our team members to fully grasp all the functionalities and features of Mondays.com. It took some time for everyone to become comfortable and proficient with the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mondays.com has been invaluable in handling our extensive workload of over 60 jobs at any given time. Prior to using Mondays.com, we faced communication challenges between our field workers and the office due to the large number of jobs we handle simultaneously. Mondays.com serves as a centralized platform that allows seamless communication and collaboration between our team members, ensuring that everyone stays updated on project progress, timelines, and any changes or issues that arise. This has greatly improved overall communication efficiency and reduced misunderstandings.

What do you like best about the product?
The most valuable part of using monday.com is the endless automation possibilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't have too much to dislike, as everything is easily viewable and can be customized to how you want it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed software that could easily track our sales efforts, and Monday CRM has been that solution.

What do you like best about the product?
Before I started working for my current company, I had never heard of Monday.com before, but it has been a total game changer. I can't imagine meeting deadlines and completing tasks without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that the integrations were easier to use. I would like to be able to use Monday.com with Google, but I can't seem to figure out how to get it started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed me to stay on top of my tasks, make sure that I am meeting my deadlines, and hold me accountable for the things that I have not completed, as well as other employees.
Excellent tool for small-mid size NGO
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to customize. I am not such a tech person but I was able to quickly learn how to use the system, how to build boards, and how to do automations.Compared to salesforce that I have used before, the ability to customize was a world of difference.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some programs we use that i did not manage to integrate with Monday. I know its possible but its expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration and organization within our team. We are also using it as a crm and that is solving a lot of problems about tracking clients (donors in our case) and having better data on them.

What do you like best about the product?
Keeps projects in view and well organized for all team members. Honestly, an invaluable tool, couldn't work without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The program eats up a lot of RAM on a browser, had to switch to using the app instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great at viewing all our projects at a glance and also great at generating reports for management.

The user interface: well easy to access the interface is also user-friendly, and maintaining the dashboard is easy to ensure the users and their data.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes assigned dashboards do not show the user data and the end-user gets delayed in accessing late notifications received. A little bit hard to synchronize with users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Need virtual assistance to resolve our queries quickly.
2. Adding new project methodologies like( agile, lean, and six sigma) to improve the dashboard.

Not the best project management tool out there
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is easy to use and collaborate on. You can customize it for multiple use cases, especially for creative departments easy to collaborate. Color coding and customizing projects is useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not great for cross-department collaboration, feels very messy and often feels like too much work for something that should make life easier. Not the best for working on projects with multiple teams and for personal project management, it's not the best. I've used multiple tools and Monday ranks high among them, but there are superior tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing projects. Cross-team collaboration, keeping track of projects and making sure we're fulfilling our KPI's. Communicating on projects more easily and seeing progress and possible blockers on ongoing projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the automation options, and easy way to create "rules" to automate the workflow of tasks, including notifications to email/slack. It does make managing tasks much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The problem with this type of software, not Monday specifically, is that it requires cross-team collaboration. Everyone has to maintain their dashboards updated. Unfourtenaly from my experience, that rarely happens. In real life something 20% of a company is spending lots of resources to maintain and update Monda,y while others ignore it. This causes a waste of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing my own tasks, with a clear broad view of the current situation of each project. I also like to connect/link to related materials, which makes the Monday dashboard a great easy way to access everything.
Good on desktop. Terrible on app
What do you like best about the product?
It's very flexible, intuitive, and customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app doesn't load properly. I have to constantly force quit it in order for it to show the latest updates on the boards.

Knowing what everyone is doing at the time, and what kind of tasks are yet to complete.
