The default interface is a bit difficult to use, so a bit of customization is necessary.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Monday's low cost and customizable features for small businesses. Setting up a project management board or tracking specific campaigns is easy with this intuitive platform. Unlike other boards I have visited, Monday utilizes modern technologies that are optimized to meet the needs of today's businesses while providing an understanding of both program management and project management. This makes it my preferred choice when making business process decisions on Monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Monday.com's search capabilities are not as reliable and comprehensive as they could be. In addition, there are some hiccups in the service that can lead to unexpected problems, such as emails being sent when they weren't intended or projects disappearing even though their names remain on file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helped me address issues such as poor communication between team members, missed deadlines, and lack of progress tracking. It was incredibly useful for keeping track of tasks and making sure they were completed on time.

the only thing is there aren't whole Excel features and you can't undo sometimes

Have the information online and share it with the team in real-time. Also, take control of all projects and manage with a Gantt chart

What do you like best about the product?
Having all the official information that business contains at my fingertip and the convenience of it being all in one program is absolutely out of this world. This program was the best thing a company could have when I found it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything about the program that I do not like or would change

Being able to keep all my lodgers information in one spot. Now all I have to do is pull monday.com up, and every bit of information is right there; no more looking all over the place.

I really enjoy the versatility and flexibility of the Monday.com interface. The ability to customize settings, colors, fonts, and themes, as well as collaborate with others in a secure environment, is an invaluable asset to any organization. With its clear visual display of tasks at every stage from assigned status to completion, it helps everyone understand their roles quickly and efficiently work together toward team goals, even when members are located remotely or work different hours due to global time differences. In my opinion, this accessibility is what I like best about Monday.com.

I noticed two main shortcomings with Monday.com - difficulty accessing and understanding the tutorials available, and a lack of intuitive mobile use. As we have had to learn how to get the most out of it over time, I cannot be sure whether or not my team is using it to its full potential. In addition, navigating the application on mobile devices can be quite complex at times.

With monday.com, I can easily keep track of my accounting for monetary transactions such as bank transfers and declined payments related to the business. This helps me quickly identify faulty products, their cost, and losses as a result.

As Monday.com is a cloud-based platform, it relies on a stable internet connection. In situations with poor or no internet access, users may face limitations in accessing or updating their project data.

Monday.com offers powerful automation features, allowing users to automate repetitive tasks, streamline processes, and save time. Additionally, it integrates with various third-party tools and services, enhancing productivity by consolidating workflows.
Automations and Integrations are great, but some basic features are unreliable
What do you like best about the product?
Automations and integrations. Many possibilities to streamline the workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's just full of bugs. I tried to use the connect boards functionality to build a central board with data, and it just collapsed. Didn't even add correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automations save time. Also the UI is very friendly.
Complete and Simple to use platform
What do you like best about the product?
There are many helpful things about Monday.com. It is straightforward and effortless to use and implement. The dashboard graphics are excellent, and connecting and automating the whole organization was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The help desk is very responsive, but it takes some time to escalate to a higher-level technician when they have to handle a difficult situation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Projects follow-up and tracking, Team engagement and communication. Clients' communication and follow-up. Sales tracking, Company budgeting, Projections and others.
