Good work tool partner
What do you like best about the product?
I wouldn't say that monday is a project management software because it's more than that. I sm so happy with it because you can create and automatízate everything you want
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing that monday has is that sometimes when you're using the mobile app is not that complete as when you're usung monday in the browser because the app has limitations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With monday I'm able to automatize all my process and boards and I share so many forms to my clients and from there automatically I can work and prodive a better customer service

What do you like best about the product?
I love about Monday all things you can do with this platform it is more than a project management software because you can customize everything. I have even a CRM there
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the platform is missing the part where you can customize the part of billing, which is new and great and also more formulas like excel even though there are advantages
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for a lot of things. I have my CRM integrated there, and I also have panels where I interact with other departments in my company and I also use it for project management
Great product if you're the ideal customer
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and intuitive to set up. The UI is easy on the eyes and the gamification adds a lot to the experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a very large system and the customization is there, but I wouldn't recommend this program for any organization that requires a lot of "workarounds".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflows for our customer experience process. It worked great and was relatively automatic for the users, however the set up was constantly having to be reviewed by my team as we were relying on email's to populate the information as there was no native integration to our CRM.
best tool for asynchronous work & communication
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is definetely my favourite asynchronous tool for remote working, it allows me to work with people spread across many different regions. It works the best for reporting, project management, brainstorming.. it allows you to keep track of deadlines, to Dos, ownership, giving always an overall complete overview.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind to be honest. If it is possible, I would improve the way the boards are showed on the left part of the tool. When you are subscribed to many it can become overwhelming. Also I do not like the mobile experience at all, I prefer the website version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I said, it gives you the power of carrying on projects & initiatives smoothly even if people are based in different time zones. People can contribute in the boards during they working hours and you are always able to keep track of progress and tasks, also receiving notification and using the reporting features.
Easy & Flexible
What do you like best about the product?
The abiliy to create a profile and preload categories is quick and easy. I also like how it is searchable and interactive (and will save your work even if you accidentally close the window!)
What do you dislike about the product?
Th only one drawback that I have found is in logging my OOO time for holidays, etc. is that the system is calibrated is for an 8 hr day. However, I work part-time and it has to be adjusted by my approver so that the hours match.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me as a user, I like the dashboards to quickly check my work. In my role in the company, I apprecaite beings able to track the work flow of other employees on the team.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a liason tool between the sales and the operational team. We create the event there and they managed it, updated it and everyone can review or comments if needed
One of the most powerful tools I’ve ever used
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is the catch-all solution for all of my work projects. I'm able to manage event planning, budget processes, sales pipelines, and create beautiful forms for websites. Our running joke on my team is, "There's a Monday board for that!" My organization uses their Enterprise plan, but if you're not concerned with the extensive security features that come with that package, the lower-level packages are still extensive AND cost-effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their API integration could be better, but their App Library continues to grow, so it's not a deal-breaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are endless automations that can be built into any board you create. It helps to keep our internal processes moving, and ensures that the right individuals are able to access and manage the correct tasks. This helps leadership get real-time data on different projects and provides our team with a single source of truth for our work.

What do you dislike about the product?
Although Monday.com has many useful features, some users have reported that there can be a learning curve when starting to use the platform, especially if they are accustomed to other project management tools. This may require some time and effort to adapt. Additionally, the customization of the platform can be somewhat limited in some cases, which can be frustrating for users who want more specific or customized features.

ease of use, very clear and takes minutes to get a working understanding of the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to be able to have ability to manage some of the templates and add unique columns or set viewing panes. This may however, be down to my lack of knowledge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to plan projects with deadlines and have these communicated to our team. The group we work with is in satellite offices, so having a central communication portal is huge.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy and self-explanatory it is to use Monday. As a product manager, I need a platform that functions across different departments and is easy and intuitive to use. This platform helps me achieve that.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not a whole lot that I don't like about Monday. The biggest wish I have is that Monday's formulas were more explanatory. In addition, I wish it had a DevOps system like Azure or Jira.

Monday helps me delegate tasks and collaborate with other departments on complex features and enhancements to our product's platform.
