Effective solution for working from home
What do you like best about the product?
I would say that one of the best things about monday is that it makes it so easy to submit your work to your boss and colleagues from home without having to suffer through an endless mail chain. Monday makes it easy to quickly display what you have achieved as well as showing you how far your colleagues have come.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about monday is that it is oftentimes quite buggy. It might just be my computer, but all of us have troubles with certain columns disappearing and reappearing, making it hard sometimes to stay up to date on everyone's individual work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps me to collect all of my work in one place instead of having countless documents and emails to keep track of, It definitely contributes to easier and more productive workdays.
An incredibly smart and adaptive project management platform
What do you like best about the product?
I think my favourite thing about Monday is just the ease of use, the shortcuts and project templates, set up options and plugins make it incredibly simple for me to create my project plans and gannts on the fly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I've seen so far on Monday is the lack of control over guests, I have some clients who barely need to see any information other than timelines and some that need to see basically everything, having tools that allow me to fine tune access would be a life saver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is solving one of the biggest issues a lot of PM's face, the ability to have project management, task management and asset management as well as resourcing all in one place.
A helpful tool for keeping projects organized
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to create custom columns so that I can keep track of the project details that are most relevant to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The archive function isn't exactly what I needed. I would like it if archived items stayed with their groups in a way that made it easy to show/hide them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me document all of my projects in a structured way.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease in which we are able to communicate as a remote team - it allows us to keep track of everything that is going on at a quick glance. it's massively improved our efficiency as a business
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I have found slightly frustrating about Monday.com is that we have struggled at times to find the best way to present our workflow on a variety of jobs - since no job we do as a business is the same, we have to adjust fairly often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's made us effective as a team - who all work remotely and eliminated our need for weekly/daily meetings and phone calls that wasted time and productivity.
Perfect for keeping me organized
What do you like best about the product?
I have recently been introduced to Monday.com and love how user-friendly this program is, it has helped be tremendously in keeping organized and being a one stop shop for having everything in 1 place
What do you dislike about the product?
Grabbing email addresses to copy and paste should be easier
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a new project we are working on that has not been implemented into our rental software, using Monday.com became our easy work around
The best way to organize a new team
What do you like best about the product?
When I came in as a manager to a new team, I needed a way to quickly delegate and communicate with collegues seamlessly over one platform. Now, the whole company is using monday.com because they saw how great it was for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I was able to customize project columns and make the columns different within the same board. I don't like switching boards all the time and would prefer to customize more columns within the same board but have them be different for different projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to be transparent about our tasks and view them all in one cohesive space. It improves communication among the team and cuts down on unneccessary emails.
Best Managing Organizer there is
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has allowed me and my team to clearly define our goals from a macro point of view and then organize the daily tasks in order to complete our larger goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how there are two separate organizers for marketing and work management. I thnk that they are synergistic to one another and could effectively be used in tandem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is solving the problems of organizing daily and larger goals. It also allows me to look back at previous goals and tasks to manage how the goals have evolved.
Fun Way to Organize
What do you like best about the product?
That yall include a little hooray everytime I complete a task. It makes me feel like I've accomplished something even if it's as small as opening the mail. I normally write my tasks on a white board but this is much more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure if I have anything specific that I don't like about it. It's been utilized by everyone in my company and it helps to see what my team is doing since I don't see them on a daily basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Listing out my daily tasks while also being able to see what my coworkers are currently working on as far as daily projects go. This helps when explaining to others what we are currently up to here at TBM.

integration with slack so i can see whats been updated easily

Sometimes i struggle with automating tasks and I cant seem to permanantly delete old recurring tasks

Excellent service
What do you like best about the product?
We have been working with Monday for a year, adapting this solution for an NGO, and it turned out to be an excellent leap from Trello. Scalable, reliable, and versatile. Literally a custom operating system. It takes a little time to learn how to navigate the interface, but once the team gets used to it, everything flows. And the best part, the integration with Slack. Thanks for this!
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is moderate, it takes a little time to adapt to the new system, but it is not difficult. Additionally, the support is good and they respond quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It improved productivity and addressed our needs to replace email in the workflow. We are a small team, but the difference was noticeable.
