Love my Monday.com!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the versatility of this tool. I've used Monday.com in my last three jobs, and each one is different. Monday made setting up an environment suitable for customer care, devs, sales, ops, and even accounting easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support is not the greatest; from the last few times I needed help with something. But it was some time ago, so they might have improved since then.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simple to set up, boards are connected, and the automations are priceless.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease to create boards. Easy to organize and track your progress and data. Easy to integrate with other solutions. Helps in creating automated workflows and helps in faster collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the time the mobile apps don't work or crash. The pricing is quite high compared to the other solutions in the market. Limitation in integration with custom columns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Teams can collaborate in real-time on projects and tasks, leaving comments, sharing files, and updating status information. Automation capabilities eliminate routine tasks and streamline workflows to save time and boost productivity.
Monday is getting better and better with each update.

There is a lot of flexibility, and there are many ways that Monday has helped me organise and communicate effectively with my colleagues.
Other platforms might do OK with organising things, but as we have someone from the Monday team handling our account we are sure we will definitely find help and suggest improvements that if or when implemented can surely make this platform irreplaceable.

What do you dislike about the product?
As this platform develops and updates, I would appreciate seeing the subitems becoming more flexible. There is nothing I dislike, only features that could be improved and I trust the Monday team will definitely improve and upgrade the platform as they are already doing.

Everything is clear of all projects and you find something quickly.

When they suddenly change the font or when things get stuck.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday gives us the helicopter view we need. All information about previous projects are kept in Monday which is great, no information will be lost. It's very userfriendly and easy to install and have your own automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features don't work like they say they do. Bugs aren't fixed that fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping us work across all different teams and have all the information open for everyone. No information is lost and everyone is updated within the same projects.

The design in my opinion could be slightly more appealing, i find it very important that this kind of platform stay digest as they are containing lots of fields and information in general.

It helps keep track of all the information in one place and makes it very easy for the whole company to have a view at what is updated in due time.
