Monday is very practical for keeping track of a large number of items, each with a different status.
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to find what I need and keep track of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Ctrl Z becomes necessary to avoid searching the record for what has been adjusted by mistake.

What do you like best about the product?
Much easier to use than Sales Force with a lot of additional functionality. It;s very intuitive so I can pick up most of it on my own without needing support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much that I'm aware of thus far? Perhaps a better way to view more information at once on the sales boards
We've been using it for @3 years now, mostly as a CRM for sales but also for keeping track of client renewals and our implementation team uses it for project management. We have not explored all the other ways we could be using it but its very feature rich.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of keeping track of new leads with the status of each project in the sales pipe and enabling our implementation team to communicate with new customers about their action items needed for a timely delivery. It's great to get reminders about upcoming client renewal dates so we can plan ahead.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform’s visual layout makes it easy to see where everything stands at a glance, which helps reduce the need for constant check-ins and status updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take some time to get comfortable with all the features, especially when setting up more advanced automations. Also, some of the more powerful tools are only available on higher-tier plans, which can be a limitation for smaller teams.

monday Work Management helps us stay organized and aligned by centralizing tasks, timelines, and communications. It solves the problem of scattered information and unclear ownership, making it easier to manage campaigns, track progress, and collaborate across teams.

I like that you can add all the information and organize everything to see what is happening and it helps you to not loose deadlines.

Honestly I cant think of one thing, I use everything in Monday.

It helps me not to loose deadlines and to not forget about any of my cases.

Labeling the Status with a selection isn't unified across all boards - so change the status color/info on a template doesn't create those changes or options on a board already created.

Easy and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
It's super user friendly, has great options for "view only" members, and the included automations are really easy to set up as a first time user. We use it just about every day in my department.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if there were additional, flexible pricing options.

It solves a lot of manual calendar work. Having the option for automations is a big time saver.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday Work Management is used by my team every morning to review our hot items for the day, week and month. I love all of the customizable options for lists, calendars, etc. - we have barely scratched the surface of all the things the site can do. My favorite feature is the assignment feature which ensures everyone knows where a project stands and who is currently responsible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more calendar functionalities on Monday.com. I've played with the calendar tool and found that there aren't ways to show the calendar exactly how I would prefer, however there are still a lot of calendar functionalities that would likely work and be extremely helpful for people in most industries/for most use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is solving our organizational problems in a visually helpful and easy to use way. Before monday.com my team used Word to keep track of our lists of tasks which became cumbersome and hard to update after using it for many months. Monday.com takes away the need to use Word and shows tasks in a much cleaner, easy to follow way. If someone happens to be out sick or on vacation, we can refer to their monday.com list and easily understand what we need to cover for them.

The visual boards, automation features, and integrations make it easy to stay organized and save time. Plus, it keeps everyone aligned with real-time updates and transparent communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there's not much I dislike, but if I had to pick something, it would be that it can feel a bit overwhelming at first—especially when you're trying to set up automations or integrations. There are so many features (which is great!), but it takes a little time to figure out how everything works. Also, if you don’t stay organized, your boards can get a little messy as your team grows. But once you get used to it, it’s super helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com helps me stay way more organized. I used to juggle a bunch of tasks across different places and constantly felt like I was forgetting something. Now I can see everything I need to do in one spot, set reminders, and track progress without the chaos. It just makes my day run a lot smoother.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about it is the visibility. We can track our projects and all departments can see the status and what's going on (up to you who is allowed to have access, of course). Also, the automations working behind the scenes on the boards are great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the main downside I have are the limitations of which types of fields can be used in automations. For example, automations can be based on status fields but not dropdown or text fields. Automations are so powerful but not if I have certain field types. I don't want some of my fields to be status fields because every status has to have its own unique color and there are too many colors for certain things that it becomes distracting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of my clients are in one place and I can link between boards to see the status of other client projects. Microsoft has a few different products that do pieces of what Monday does, but Monday does them all in one module. Being able to see a list of clients or issues and then go into the item to see the conversation surrounding it is great.
