What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how user-friendly monday Work Management is, making it easy for me to update and customize the platform and boards to fit our specific needs. The flow of the platform is smooth, enhancing my experience as I navigate through the tasks. I enjoy the ability to customize various elements, which allows us to tailor the platform effectively for our construction project development in real estate. Using the provided templates, especially for financial management and tracking expenses specific to our projects, has been beneficial as I can easily modify them to meet our requirements. The initial setup was remarkably easy thanks to the comprehensive learning modules offered by monday Work Management, which provide useful guidance and allow me to quickly find answers to my questions. Over the past four years, I've grown to love monday Work Management for its capability to serve as a central hub, offering a single place for all project information, reducing the need for back-and-forth emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the monday.com CRM to be not very effective for real estate and development. My team tried it, and the feedback from some team members suggested it wasn't a great fit for what we're doing. While I don't have specific details, it seems that the CRM aspect could be improved, at least in terms of tailoring it better to the needs of our industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to centralize project information, eliminating email back-and-forth. It enhances team accessibility to project timelines, supports financial tracking, and is user-friendly and customizable, making it ideal for managing construction projects.

Effortless Collaboration and Seamless Workflow Integration

What do you like best about the product?
This tool is very easy to use and makes collaborating with others much simpler than working with a Google Sheet or Excel document. I really appreciate the notifications and how smoothly it integrates into our workflows. I use it daily for keeping track of deadlines, staying up to date on next steps, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Introducing new features has proven to be somewhat challenging, particularly with the recent launch of the AI summarize functionality. I would also appreciate a more direct way to reach Customer Support, allowing users to share feedback about the platform. For example, it would be helpful to have the ability to assign specific columns to subitems, see improvements to the "Feed" view, and experience a more user-friendly "My Work" area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of deadlines, ensuring deliverables are met, and maintaining a clear understanding of project plans have all been important aspects. Additionally, support with our product GTM strategy, collaboration on marketing campaigns, and guidance on product rollout strategy have been valuable. The assistance provided for our year-round programming, especially from a high-level perspective, has also been beneficial.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is an extremely customizable tool. Convincing people within an organization to adopt something new is usually the most challenging aspect, but with monday's work management, I haven't faced any hesitation regarding adoption. Everyone is able to use it in the way that suits them best, while I am still able to monitor everyone's workload and progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
They put a strong emphasis on selling the enterprise package, but the cost is extremely high. While the platform does offer many impressive features, I was genuinely surprised by the quote I received. They also include hours of dedicated customer support and implementation assistance, which I would have preferred to opt out of to reduce the overall price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all of my thoughts organized so they don't get lost in my brain.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Monday helps me stay organized by allowing me to keep track of all the tasks I need to complete. It helps me maintain my focus, and at the end of the week, I enjoy looking back to see everything I've accomplished. Monday is User-friendly and easy to use.

One aspect I dislike about Monday is that it can be difficult at times to keep track of tasks assigned to me by others.

What do you like best about the product?
That all the communication is aligned and ir is easy to fill out all the information and integrate it, it is very easy to use and kind of intuitive, so it is very easy for everyone to understand it and implement it.

There is no really something that comes up now, I really like Monday.

What do you like best about the product?
This was easy to implement across my team. The setup was easy. It is ideal for daily use and integrates seamlessly with external platforms like Mailchimp, Twilio, and Gmail. Also, customer support is super quick and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The drag in automations and the failure for them to fully execute.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a different project management software that was okay, but the communication with support was terrible, and it wasn't very user-friendly. Monday support is great, and it has a great interface that makes it so user-friendly for my team.

Streamlined Workflows and Powerful Automations

What do you like best about the product?
Many positives. It has helped our organization become more fluid with our workload, assigning tasks and creating a workflow that is easy for our team to understand and track. I love being able to add automations and make our boards work with less manual tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I dislike, there are just some features I'd like to be able to refine. Like, for example, being able to create one board that pulls from multiple boards in a more intuitive way. I do like mirror columns, but there is a lot of manual management involved. We have 30-40 projects going at one time, with all tasks involved included on one board, this can make it difficult for the team to find what they need quickly. If each task lived on a single, separate board, and we could pull in all tasks to one board it would help us with workload management. We have worked with several monday specialists to try build what we are looking for, but haven't been successful. What we have now is functional, but not high level like we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of projects going on at one time, and multiple teams working on each project (web, design, copy, social, video) so there is a lot to track. Monday has helped us simplify management of tasks and help us alleviate backlogs by seeing what is in the pipeline. And visually, it is so pleasing to track tasks on - this is especially important for our creative team.

I would like monday to be more automate with task, in my case i have to recreate several task every week, but i have to bring the last week to make the copy, monday can't do copies of groups automate and if could be possible it would be very useful to me and my team
