Great for a Non-Profit
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is excellent for being flexible; you can mould almost everything to your liking. It's like Excel on steroids.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have not found many downsides to using Monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to use Monday.com as a prospect database for my organisation. As my organisation is a non-profit fundraising in the private sector, it's extremely useful for keeping track of donors and prospects.

The efficiency, user-friendliness, easy to communicate with collegues & provide them with enough information/files/images/...

The Gantt-charts are less clear & comprehensive.

Flexibility to create multiple tasks and possibility of integration and automation.

Ux and UI design interface is quite complicated and can be confusing.

I helps us to keep tracking progress on projects, tasks and future goals. It is also easy to communicate and helps a lot to increase the productivity of the team
Streamlining Workflows and Centralizing Information
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has revolutionized how we manage our daily workflow. Automations have saved us so much time and with the integrations with other platforms, we can ensure that data is up-to-date and accurate at all times. I love having a centralized platform where we can manage our day-to-day work while also storing vital files and notes on projects and processes. My favourite feature is the mirrored columns- being able to reflect data from one board to another while keeping a single source of truth
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations when it comes to automations but these are being updated and improved every month. I think it could be better when it comes to recurring tasks, but it is easy enough to manage with the current automations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has simplified the process of keeping our data up-to-date, minimizing the amount of effort required. Additionally, its clear platform for daily tasks is visible to everyone and integrates with Slack, making communication between team members even more streamlined
Really good for task management in sales

Useful to mark someone as the owner of the task, easy to implement, easy to manage and move tasks/projects forward in one place

It's a very logical way to keep track of tons of data.

It can be a bit laggy sometimes. This usually resolves itself.

We have tons of items that we need to make updates to and keep track of.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'm afraid quite a bit: the automations are limited, not useful enough with managing DB, no smart export options - for example, impossible to export sub-items, and there are no good solutions to create detailed reports. Restriction management is limited, with not enough options to exclude team members from boards or items. Not since options with Outlook that is local.

I use Monday every day at work. And for our purposes it works very well.
What do you like best about the product?
You can add many features and easily see how the process is going and how much work you still need to do. Tracking your work and remembering to do all the necessary things is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it may seem too overwhelming, especially when you start using it initially. A lot is happening on one page and in many different colors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving our daily problems, such as onboarding new partners, solving tasks from customer support, etc.
Task Management with Monday
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has given my team and me a central location to manage and share our tasks where the whole business can see the progress of jobs tasks we are working on. Task management allows for collaboration and task updating to keep everyone updated on the progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Another 3rd party app that you need to be managed and keep everyone updated on work progress. It could be that I am not experienced enough using Monday and therefore am unaware of integration options into our existing email or other communication software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows us to track our work progress and update the business stakeholders on projects and tasks with timelines to manage expectations to keep everyone updated on progress and timelines.
