Very valuable in organizing and planning our workflows.

Scheduling tasks, asigning tasks, automatically chaintasks (follow up), overview about which work is done and what is left.
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss the option to assign a deadline date. (But maybe I missed it)

It solves problems in the workflow when working with different persons/parties.
Best Customized Tool One Can Have
What do you like best about the product?
It offers various templates and all the data is based on excel which can be easily extracted to reports for Data Analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is totally Cloud based, while I believe the software download can improvise the speed of operating in the end-users system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to track all the tasks in line with Various Departments' functioning. Furthermore, It will enable us to assign tasks to the designated individual.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, noob friendly, super flexible, lots of valuable apps which adds even more usability of the platform. We are using for over a year now, and can't imagine work without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
well I still don't get how the workload table works. But this is pretty much it. It was bad when there was no normal tool to track the time, but now it's fixed with additional app integrated to monday. Monday could also improve mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Monday to track and control manufacturing processes, from time planning to work schedules and time tracking. Also, CRM is the thing that we also use to follow all the commercial stuff.

Lots of different ways to keep track of tasks, projects, campaigns and much more, with various means of visualising the data, timelines and other important aspects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes struggle with keeping on top of all my notifications, but we are working on a solution that will de-clutter and combine a large proportion of the boards we use across the team.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool helps to track and manage project plans, set deadlines, assign tasks and resources, and track progress.Execution is easy using the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customization templates in the platform are still not advanced and user-friendly. Also, individual user cost for use is also a bit on a higher side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Daily tasking and reporting concerns have minimized since we started using the tool as this allow us to maintain and track our timelines and work hours deployed in each projects. Alongside, help senior management to assign further tasks basis checking the load the accordingly on each individual resource.

Everything is together. No need to search and change tools to update the projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
When not PM or helping hands, then we cant access their statuses and timeline.

Initially, we had no tool to track the work load on PM; also, we had a different means to track time. Now with this, both purposes are getting solved by one tool.

It's user-friendly. Our team has different levels of tech ability, but Monday has been relatively easy for everyone to learn and use daily.

I wish there was more customer service help with onboarding new members (or new teams) within an organization.

Event management, in particular, has become a lot more effective and efficient. We have now built our own templates for events we do often.

What do you like best about the product?
We are currently building a central operating system with a Partner of monday.com, Tetrus, and as a solution it has everything - completely bespoke and tailored to our business processes.
The platform is easy to use, and multifunctional. Any monday.com team that we have spoken with throughout our experience has been helpful and quick to respond

What do you dislike about the product?
To have Group Sort enabled, as some groups need to be organised differently. Some of the privacy restrictions of the email and activities app have meant that we have had to disable the app for the time being as there seems to be a bug

Forecasting, live reporting, and full integration for the areas of our business operations. We are using the system to be more streamlined and productive as a team
