Great platform to centralize tasks & plan communications

What do you like best about the product?
Our favorite component about the site is the calendar feature, which we use to plan our upcoming communications for our community forum. It's really helpful to not only note what's coming down the pipeline but to assign it to people & check the status so cleanly within the calendar view. I also love that you can share list/calendars as view-only with non-members.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could have different columns for each group of tasks. I don't love that they all have to be the same, because not every column applies to every group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving our issue of not having a clean, accessible point of reference for all of our tasks. We have a range of project types, which the Monday groups helps us distinguish.

Using monday on my daily basis improove our view of the projects and business.

I can't think of any cons about the product.

WE as a team can easily verify our taks and see the status of each project.

Monday For The Win

What do you like best about the product?
There are several upsides we've seen by using Monday.com. We have successfully integrated multiple teams in our warehouse using the same programs so we can all be in the know. Our boards make it easy to check shipment dates, track orders, track progress in our warehouse, see what has been completed, and assign people to certain tasks. The notifications work well, and we have also integrated Monday.com into our Slack app where we also receive notifications and can reply. The design of Monday.com is gorgeous, I love being able to customize the boards, colors, files, etc. Monday.Com is now our motherboard for our company which was a HUGE (and scary) jump to make - but now that we've gotten it built how we need it, Monday.com has become a necessary asset!
What do you dislike about the product?
The app can be a bit slow, I've found the web browser to run faster. The mobile app could use some work as well, as it can be difficult to scroll through and see all of the lines in the board
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has solved many of our issues. It brings multiple teams here together so we are all putting our information in the same place (IN REAL TIME!) which is great. This benefits every step of the way in our company - from initial job creation, to install, to go backs.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Monday.com for my small start-up, and I can confidently say that it has become an essential tool for managing our projects and workflows. When I started using it, I realized how much it streamlined our operations and improved collaboration among team members.

I don't dislike anything about it. I love that it's not Salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is incredibly intuitive, easy to use, transparent and keeps teams highly organized. I love the flexibility and versatility of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lack of reliable support from external apps for which integrations with monday.com are offered and an absence of HTML email automations so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows our team some of which work remotely in different countries to have complete visibility of projects we manage in the platform. It makes communication easy and live updates are available to all our team members instantly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it is practical and straightforward to begin boards, and we can easily access insights into our workflow and team attributions. Also, the integration with forms is perfect for filling the board with information from outside team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it lacks more freedom on each tab of the board. It is not always that I want to relate to the main table. It would be great if I could have different tables, with different information on each tab in just one "board". It would also be good to have an individual panel where I could fill with daily activities that I have to do but are outside of monday boards, something like the "Microsoft to-do" app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps the team to prioritize tasks and follow up on the development of activities. Also, it helps us to keep track of the problems we have on our main project.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, understand and add users. Easy to gain buy in from other users.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would help if there is a service to have professional services team to help assist in integrations our Account manager pointed us to the training documentation while helpful was very time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us to combined various operations tracking documents that were previously held in excel and eliminated more manual admin and version control.

All-One-Solution With Ability to Scale

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has a visually appealing user interface that makes it easy for new users within an organization to feel comfortable adopting. But at the same time, Monday has a powerful back end that power users (like Project Managers) will be empowered to set automation, created filtered, views, etc which are essential for operating with efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of at the moment. My organization has been a Monday.com customer for less than a year, so we will continue to evaluate the features and functionality as more of our operations move over from excel and email-based workflows to Monday.com workflows
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has helped us to reduce tedious amounts of emails, and reduce our dependencies on Google Sheets. Having as much as we can consolidate into Monday.com has enabled us to operate more efficiently and effectively.

Complete project management tool

What do you like best about the product?
When I started with my current company, they were using a couple of different systems to keep track of all Project Management aspects. When we began using Monday, everything became more accessible. Everything was in the same place, and it was easy to use. Very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is that when you respond to an email thread on Monday, all parties copied don't always get all of the emails. It is easier to follow up via your email account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned, Monday has allowed our entire team to work on projects and cover for time off in one place. Before we started using Monday.com and we were going to be out of the office, we would have to type up an Excel spreadsheet to share the status of each of our clients; specific due dates had to be listed there, and our processes were similar but not consistent across the board. With Monday, we no longer have to do that. Due dates are listed in Monday.com, client contacts are listed there, and all of the links to our assets are listed in one place, so you don't spend so much time searching for files.

A personal example of this happened about two months ago. I was unexpectedly hospitalized and missed several days of work. I did not receive one call to figure out what the status of my clients were. All the information my team needed to cover for me was already in Monday.com. This allowed me to rest and recover, and when I returned to the office, everything was completed as if I had never missed a day. This would not have been the case if we didn't have Monday.com.
