True Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
Seriously, this tool is invaluable to me and my team. Being able to align, plan ahead, and stay organized is critical in such a fast-paced environment. The extensions help make our work seamless and the automation features remove the extra steps that often fall through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting everyone on board is definitely the hardest part, but that's certainly not Monday's fault. It would be great if there was a stripped back version I could put team members on to keep it from being overwhelming for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows us to track projects at a glance, removing the need for time-wasting meetings. It provides an easy place for proofing with easy communication on changes and version updates.

What do you like best about the product?
You can easily see all of your tasks in one place. Beyond your own tasks, you can see what you have coming up and what other people are working on to help manage everyone's workloads.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you are subscribed to boards, you get notifications whenever someone posts to that board, even if the specific task doesn't relate to you. This can result in a lot of notifications to go through sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It take out busy communication between project tasks. Everything is updated on Monday.com, so people can go and check what has been done, what needs to be done, and where people are stuck easily.

The flexibility to create different boards to facilitate different areas of work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few third party add-ons that I would like to use, but only occasionally so it's not worth paying for on an ongoing whole team basis.

It's serves as a platform for our small organisation to share, update and file information.

real-time visualization of all activities, enabling more precise decision-making in advance, which ensures that internal processes have full traceability.

There are still some limitations in your automations, there are still some automation needs, such as, for example, subscription platform, contract management, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enables real-time management of multiple tasks simultaneously without wasting time searching for information. With Monday, we can track all issues and resolve them more quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to customize my boards and tailor to what my team needs. This system has completely changed the way we track deadlines, milestones & projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
My team uses a ton of excel documents and it would be super helpful if we could easily copy & paste pertinent information into the dashboard for easy reference, but there isn't a good "spreadsheet" app. There are a few out there, but nort worth the extra cost. An Excel Microsoft app would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the problem of having to dig through emails to determine where everyone is on a certain project. We can easily reference due dates and see who needs assistance.

The sub items cannot be individually be made for each item. I dislike that we cannot change each sub item for each item.

The way we can easily track everything and collaborate together.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Monday.com is that it has helped our efficiency so much! The way that our entire team has access to the information all in one place has saved us so much time-consuming back-and-forth communication. The automations are fantastic. Overall our team is very happy with Monday.com. It has been a positive shift, and has helped to boost efficiency and organization in the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every platform has its limitations. One of the features that we have found to come up short was time-tracking. No marketplace app meets our needs, either. It would be great if there was a way to link time tracking to a specific customer across the platform. Not just within a board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to spend a lot of time doing data entry in a number of different places. Now, with Monday.com, I am able to enter the data in one place, and it gets everywhere it needs to go. And everyone who needs access to the information can access it on their own, without me having to notify them. In addition, I don't have to dig through files or make phone calls to get the information about projects that I need, as it is all displayed in our relevant boards on the platform.
It is an inexpensive tool as opposed to other CRMs in the market, please keet it affordable.

It has different features re: data visualization, workflow project management, communication with team members etc.

It helps me stay organized and save a lot of data. The data visualization and mapping is also a great feature.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to work cross-functionally with others in real time while keeping track of multiple projects and tasks without losing sight of where you left off.
What do you dislike about the product?
The survey function could benefit from some user-friendly enhancements. It occasionally glitches when building the survey directly, especially compared to setting it up through the dashboard's table view. Additionally, the limited options for customizing the message when linking the survey to an email can make it appear like spam or a phishing attempt, which may contribute to low response rates. The inability to include a professional signature also impacts the overall credibility and appearance of the message.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management is helping solve the challenge of keeping cross-functional teams aligned and organized. It centralizes task tracking, project timelines, and communication in one platform, which significantly reduces the chances of miscommunication or things falling through the cracks. For me, it’s especially beneficial in managing multiple projects simultaneously, keeping real-time visibility into progress, and staying accountable to deadlines. The automations and dashboards also help streamline repetitive tasks and make status reporting much easier and more accurate.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using the Sales CRM. We have used other products in the past like Salesforce, MS Dynamics and monday.com is so easy to use even while on the road that there is no excuse not to keep your contact, leads and deals updated. The dashboards are so easy to use they give a great line of sight into revenue, average size deal, profit margins, and help forecast needs
