Great task manager, super helpful
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is flexible and customizable and easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com isn't great for database type storage (excel/airtable replacement);
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of ongoing to-do items and monday allows us to track progress and report in a continuous way saving emails and IM's
I'm working with Monday on several subjects, action item list, R&D plans and sales prospects.
What do you like best about the product?
The easy configuration. The fact we can add very quickly new dashboards and GANNTS
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is hard to do specific changes. The tutorials are not clear enough especially for the GANNT charts

Sharing and updating dashboard for all team members, easy dashboard configuration and usage

What do you like best about the product?
It keeps all information organized in one place. The ability to communicate with others through the platform is essential in our work.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you have to pay for multiple users, so it doesn't allow all staff to be on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us streamline the communication revolving around our hiring process.
A solid experience so far
What do you like best about the product?
The customization is unmatched. It's easy to pivot and make changes. I also love the mirror functionality; pulling the same data point to multiple places but from the same source of truth is so much better than we were doing. Customer support has also been quick, helpful, and thorough with any of the issues that have come up. We're only a few months in but so glad we've made the switch.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things that feel like we should be able to do on the dashboard view that aren't easy or available. For example, the pivot table functionality is no where near as easy as excel or google sheets. Also, there's some limitations with formulas in tables. Would also love to create the ability to automatically set due dates for different sub items in a single parent item.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We love having everything in one place. It's easy to collaborate on boards, items, tasks. The automation have been a big help and something that keeps our work that much more efficient.

The organization and ease of managing the countless daily activities and deadlines.

The demand of time to make the frames customized to fit our reality

Monday solves our need for a hyper-connected platform that allows team members to do their work together without missing deadlines
Team Transparency
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Monday.com is the ability to track, communicate, comment on, and finalize progress. Feels good to be able to check out what other teams are up to and how you can support. Seeing it makes it real!
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of using Monday.com is that you can totally get lost in the sauce of other boards if you are tagged in them and it isn't your usual portal. I would like to see a stronger dasboard with notifications that don't just disapear like a push notification
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The to dos that need to be done, who is accountable, how long it will take/is taking and how to escalate it (by tagging relevant folks instead of a whole email thread)
A Game Changer for My Small Marketing Team
What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely flexible. You can create boards and groups for pretty much every marketing project you can envision.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any downsides after using the system for almost a year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a distributed virtual team. It keeps us all connected and aligned on our projects and priorities.
Awesome Program
What do you like best about the product?
The best that I like about Monday is the flexibility to create any dashboard, workflow, timesheet project on it. It's easy to integrate your team and interact with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their new search bar is a headache now because it only allows you to look up to 20 columns now and before that search bar would look for everything on the entire dashboard
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I use monday I create all my projects there and can have a great visualization too. My team and I are able to update the dashboards and can follow up easier on projects
World is your oyster with Monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
Automations are what separates Monday.com from a piece of paper or a spreadsheet in excel. Taking away the minute actions of moving data or doing the next step really makes my time more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
If only it could integrate with our HRIS that would be awesome! Having an undo button would help as well or being able to press Ctrl+Z. Also, why the limit on automations?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our HRIS does not provide a robust module for leaves of absence. We are not at a size yet to spend another 20k on a separate leave management system. I was able to build a board to track leaves of absence and automatically populate the sub tasks that needed to happen when a person goes on leave. They have specific deadlines to be done by. It is also helping us with transparency on projects, our size is growing and more people need to access the data at the same time.
User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to login and use, data keeping and record maintenance was easy with it. All the work related data was easily mainted at it. Also no issues faced as such.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. I didn't faced any such issues during the time I used it. Also it had many benefits like comparing of data with other employees to know where you stand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped in recording and maintaining data accross the organisation. Also helped in comparing data with other employees. Also Monday.com was quite user friendly.
