Monday board helps me stay organized!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday board allows me to track all my tasks and deadlines in one look.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am sure this is not a feature limitation but more of limitation in my access since I am using a company monday board. But I would want to create a separate room for my personal tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves issues with missed tasks. Our team has never been this organized! We can see the timeline of our tasks, we can add notes, and it sends a notification via email. I have never missed a task after using Monday board
Great project management tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that all team members can view the boards and keep track of the projects they are currently working on. It allows for us to do a quick glance and know where we stand on the timeline of events.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets confusing between boards and dashboards. I've come to learn that you need to make sure the board you are using is not set to private so that everyone on the team can view it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we all work remote and are located in various places around the US, using an online tool like this allows us to be more productive without constantly having to email each other back and forth to ask simple questions.

What do you like best about the product?
monday.com was a helpful tool for our company. It was a great way to stay organized, check in on project updates and to communicate with the relevant parties working on a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I first began working at my company, we were in the early stages of offboarding from monday.com and moving to a new platform. As a result, some of the processes with reviewing deliverables became a little clunky, but this was not necessarily monday's fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us prioritize and ensure the clients received what they wanted when they wanted it. I did not get too much time to become familiar with the platform, but it served its purpose.

What do you like best about the product?
Project progress at one place, what points are left behind and what areas are covered we can see at one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
If it's performance based on project load gets better that would help a lot in referring multiple details at a time

It's helping in keeping track of our small tasks.

Easy and transparent team organizing
What do you like best about the product?
Aesthetically pleasing, easy and intuitive platform that helped us manage teams within multiple departments. Automations, diversity of available field types and views make it easy to use in various scenarios. We have organized our boards to represent a workflow which made it very easy to get a quick overview of where items are in the pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. If I had to point something out is the user's ability to sort boards and not being able to restore default sorting or have a shared predefined sorting across all board member, meaning if you sort and them move items up or down within one group, the other user are not able to see it, but there are workarounds :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us get away from having multiple platform (trello, sheets, etc) to keep us organized. This made our work more transparet and allowed colleagues to see exactly what are we working on.

How easy it is to visualise my daily and weekly workload as well as provide a clear audit trail on tasks, responsablites and correscpondance with client & collegue

Individual notifications for tasks can spam emails

The ability to give different levels of acces to useres (co-workers, suplieres, contractors) enables you keep track of your projects progress in real time.
The different levels of accesability let users manage their own project specified tasks and provide feeback to the project manager when needed.
With the help of powerfull automations broing repettitive task can be done by Monday.com for you, giving you extra time to do other tasks that requir your expertise.

As this is a new webbased system, it is constantly in development, meaning that some featers, that are for instance present in microsoft project, still nee to be added to Monday.com.
To make the transition easier from the old legacy programs like MS projects, it would be nice to have a dedicated import feature for ms project.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is constantly updating their bugs and adding new features during the year. The ability to connect multiple users with different levels of acess, means that most of the work can be done by the project suplieres and contactors that are assigned to the task
Huge learning curve but helpful once you figure it out.
What do you like best about the product?
There is so much you can do with Monday.com, so I love how customizable it is. You can organize your team's projects and goals and communicate in an effective way.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a huge learning curve with Monday.com. I've been using it for several years now and I still don't know what it is fully capable of. The resource articles aren't that helpful - you have to learn by playing around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating about projects via Slack or email is very disorganized and things often get lost in the shuffle. I love how with Monday.com, everyone on a board gets notified with project updates. You can include due dates, notes, and tag others.
Monday makes managing my business easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love the interfact on monday and it makes what I was doing before on spreadsheets much more visually engaging and easy to understand, and the automations make my life bliss
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a minimum of 3 seats on all plans, I am a small business owner, and I have to pay for more seats than I would like/want. This is quite irritating. Changing this would be big for me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing all of my leads and clients in one easy place. Visualising where everyone is in the weekly process, and lead flow, so that I can make sure no one is getting miss out
Great UX, excellent project management tool.
What do you like best about the product?
A few years ago I tried out several project management tools. I found Monday, and have brought it along to each workplace I end up at. I've also suggested it to many clients who still use it today. A fantastic and easy-to-use tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things that could be improved, but it might be my own learning - so i won't mention.

I can easily track projects, tasks, blockers and it helps our team have accountability.
