Monday is so much useful and fast for working with my colleagues.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the best is, task manager. I can review in task with my friends so easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say anything for this. I like monday very much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I say, I can talk with my colleagues in task manager and I can send them files too. That is so easy to use.
Excellent Resource
What do you like best about the product?
I manage the window treatment division of our retail store. Being able to differentiate between stages of a client's project is great. Everything about that project is easily seen or accessed on one line versus checking our multiple order systems for the information. Automating notifications to notify the consultant of a status change is very helpful and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the Automations will counteract each other. To clarify, we have several different statuses' for window treatment projects. We can fix the counteract effect using individual Automation; it is a bit more tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows us to view existing projects easily with every team member. We also use it for a new team member onboarding. With our onboarding boards, we can see where we need to continue training from where we left off. It also helps to organize our new team members with their trainers effectively.
Best project management tool ever
What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive the program is. One can immediately log in and know how to use monday.com without knowing much about it. The more one uses it, the more cool features you find.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the framework is fantastic. That being said, I wish it had a few more features. For example, instead of having a specific time shown on the calendar, what would the end time? We plan a lot of things with Monday that having a start and end time feature (similar to the 'add time' slider that pops up when you enter a date).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management. Ownership and accountability of tasks. Team communication within Monday.com is also immensely helpful. It is a life saver when it comes to managing multiple projects from all areas of the company.

I like that I can see all projects in one view in order of past due, due today, next week and so on.
What do you dislike about the product?
What happens if I can't access my account for any reason? This is always in the back of my mind since it is an important tool for how I work.

It assists with managing all projects in one place, including any information, notes or files that accompany the project.
Great tool for team, project and/or self management
What do you like best about the product?
Clear layout, variety of automation to choose from, love the reminders and possibility of creating group tags. I love having all of the project data transparent and tracking the project updates in one board.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, when working on a large board, it takes time to load. I would love to have more reminder-setup options. Honestly, these are the only two things I would mention as "to improve".

It merges many management tools into one and sets reminders. It saves a lot of time. You can save your board in different views, you can use charts for analytics.
An all-in-one tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it gives you the freedom to work, where you can change any aspect of your tables and reports, and at the same time, Monday has a wide variety of templates and processes ready to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that Monday could use more ways to save logs of changes and backups, some editions or mistakes made are hard to recover, so a way to save and roll back changes would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem I think is organizational, now I can manage all aspects of my work in just one place, no matter the kind of file or dynamic. I retired most of my excel spreadsheet and use Monday instead.

It's always active, you can communicate with others and progress tasks with flexive time.

Boards configuration, archiving, deleting and getting back some boards it's more manageable now, but I think that still can be improved

Time zones, working shifts, big projects with several departments involved.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of Monday.com has allowed us to quickly add or change our process as we have enhanced automations and integrations on the platform. As we learn to better utilize Monday.com we are not stuck with the framework from previous designs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few automations that are lacking functionality. The best example is that we are not able to trigger automations based on individuals NOT being assigned to an item. We want to be able to notify managers when something is NOT being picked up by a team member and that functionality does not exist today. This forces us to create complex work-arounds using status changes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to know where opportunities are at in the proposal cycle used to be a huge challenge for us. With the implementation of Monday.com, we have been able to get clarity and accountability.

It does the job. It's like having a secretary and a second brain.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's not that i dislike Monday. It's that I don't have enough time to take MONDAY to the next level. Some process like email marketing, in campaign terms, needs knowing how that sometimes I may refresh in order not to commit mistakes due it is not a task that I do every day. So, will it be possible to make the process even easier?

Drag and drop feature, it makes it easy to move tasks across the board.

I wish that subitems would have subitems.
