The best and intuitive workflow platform I use, by far I used 2 and Monday is my favorite.

Not much to say here, by far is good, just in the app and the platform somentimes when I click the answer message I need to scroll all over to reach at the message

Organization of task and missinformation in the process, all in the board know whats going on being more productive
Manage creative work
What do you like best about the product?
The structure of things it's very clear. Clear overview of what needs to be done, and with the different labels, the user can add to the board. It helps me, who does a lot of creative work, to know the status of specific projects or what needs to be done. The different ways to customize the board are excellent features to have.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be very cluttered when you are a member of a lot of projects it can be hard to keep track of the progress. Notifications can sometimes be spam, even if they are good to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Structure of projects and the ability to track progress. Great collaboration between members of the team. The feeling of turning tasks into done is the best and motivates ones to get stuff done.
Using Monday is a great way to keep track of all our teams tasks and also follow the progress.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the format and layout of how our tasks are split up making it easy to monitor and search for things. This helps the entire team priortise better.

Sometimes when there are too many tasks it can be a bit hard to filter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving task management win teams where we have quite a few team members. Helps us manage our tasks making us more productive.
Streamlines communication
What do you like best about the product?
We love the ease of having all our communication in one place. We can go to one place instead of searching through emails to find the information we need. It keeps us organized and cuts down on time looking for information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue we have had is regarding the email notifications when someone updates a board. We have found them to be inconsistent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work with companies in other states, so it cuts down on miscommunication. It allows us to keep both offices up to date and easily be able find information that is needed.
Makes planning my (and my teams) work so much easier!
What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive drag and drop interface and the ability to create custom filters/scripts that help you manage tasks and workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's only as good as your ability to break down your work into smaller tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time for me and my colleagues. Making it easier for me to receive and respond to briefs and work requests from people around my company.
A bit too complex

To be able to follow how well the different tasks are going and their status

There are two many functionnalities within monday and i tend to get lost

it's easy to keep track of how much time i spend on the different projets

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility - changing the work environment, growing staff and increasing productivity are challenging business elements. Nevertheless, Monday.com has allowed me to overcome these challenges.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support - Support could be much better, especially for power users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling, tracking projects, analyzing individual and team capacity would otherwise presents challenges without Monday.com.
A detailed and Useful Software
What do you like best about the product?
If there's a thing I like about Monday.com is that you can see every detail and every notification. I like how it makes the flow smooth that helps in easy turn around of tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times the app doesn't work properly and some tasks don't appear in my list of tasks. The good thing is there is a notification so I can locate them easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps in organizing tasks and it helps me have a better workflow through its awesome visual approach. This results in fast turn-in and the lesser missing deadlines.
