My go-to for organization!
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely intuitive and easy to use. GREAT for tracking work, life, and everything in between.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost! It is not cost effective for personal use or for small businesses. I work for a large, successful corporation and even though it is an amazing tool, the cost eliminates the possibility of implementing it company wide.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency and effectiveness of site wide projects. It increases collaboration and helps keep things organized and visible.
Great intuitive interface with loads of features
What do you like best about the product?
Having a one-stop-shop for all my project management needs that require different types of tracking has been a time saver with Monday.com. From task related activities to tracking time worked and grant pipelines it's a great asset. The dashboard view boils information across boards down for east analysis. I use it everyday across all of my projects and two of my small businesses. Integration is easy and the group support has been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's expensive and feels cost prohibitive for small businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Information management for project implementation.
Great tracking tool
What do you like best about the product?
Work Management helps me and the team know we havent missed anything! Easy to use and learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the progress bars updated per sub task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility and tracking of client implementations and their workload + storing of backlog tasks.
Monday is a great tool for task management, set up and automate anything!
What do you like best about the product?
We can set up our Monday board to our personal preferences, and automate as much as possible. We have automations for task management, notifications, and currently working on implementing connections with other tools, like Zapier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be a bit much for when you look into boards that have a lot of different groups, automations, notifications, etc. Make sure to document and talk to colleagues that know the details of the Monday board
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overview of what we're working on, to collaborate with colleagues and to report on our superiors.
Monday.com is an awesome tool all business should have!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how using Monday made it easy to collect and share information across teams you work with internally and externally. Plus, it's also a great project management tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I don't dislike anything about the Monday.com platform. It's such a great tool for me to use in my day to day activities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the need for an Excel file to maintain and share across teams real time and it's made meetings less likely to take long because of the management system Monday offers.
Excellent Tool for Both Personal and Team Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Monday.com for both personal task management and team collaboration, and it's been a game-changer for our workflow. On the personal side, it keeps all my tasks organized and helps me stay on top of my workload.
Where Monday.com really shines is in team collaboration. We use it at our church to manage our entire communication workflow—from initial requests through approval, scripting, filming, and final delivery. Having everything in one centralized location has completely streamlined our project management process.
The difference from our old system is night and day. We used to rely on Google Sheets, which meant writing countless emails manually to confirm details and coordinate with requestors. Now, we simply upload project files for the team to review and click "ready for review"—Monday.com automatically fires confirmation emails to requestors and opens a clean, streamlined dialogue. No more missed notifications when sheets were updated or endless email chains trying to track project status.
What I love most is how we can collaborate seamlessly on tasks and projects with other staff members. Everyone can see what's in progress, who's working on what, and where things stand in the pipeline. The automation features have saved us hours of manual communication work each week.
The platform strikes the perfect balance between being powerful enough for complex team workflows while still being intuitive enough for personal task management. Whether you're managing your own to-do list or coordinating multi-step projects with a team, Monday.com adapts to your needs.
Highly recommend it for anyone looking to bring order to their projects and improve team collaboration!

What do you dislike about the product?
The customization options can be overwhelming for some team members, so I've had to invest extra time getting everyone properly set up. Also, I'd love to see SMS/texting capabilities added alongside the email notifications, as some of our clients prefer text communication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solved our chaotic project communication and tracking issues. Before, we were using Google Sheets to manage our church's communication requests, which meant:
Manually writing emails for every status update
No automatic notifications when projects moved forward
Requestors having no visibility into project progress
Team members missing updates when the sheet changed
Endless email chains trying to coordinate details
Now, Monday.com centralizes everything in one place where our team can collaborate on tasks from multiple staff members. The automated workflows are huge - clicking "ready for review" automatically sends professional confirmation emails to requestors and opens clean dialogue threads.
The biggest benefit is time savings. We've eliminated hours of manual email writing each week and drastically reduced miscommunication. Our requestors get timely updates automatically, our team stays aligned on priorities, and nothing falls through the cracks anymore. What used to be a scattered, reactive process is now organized and proactive.
It's transformed both my personal task management and our entire team's project workflow efficiency.

A productivity multiplier
What do you like best about the product?
The collaborative environment of design review is where we have gained an immense level of productivity. Where we used to email documents to each other, or try other document review products that were clunky, we have set up document review boards where large quantities of documents can be listed, commented on, reposted and approved. The drawing review boards provide metrics and we have even created some macros to send drawings to fabrication once the drawing is fully approved. Our document review process duration has decreased dramatically, and thus our output has increased.
What do you dislike about the product?
The worst part is the sheer number of email notifications about task updates, though this can be adjusted by the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before implementing Monday, our engineering drawing review process was slow and disjointed. We had not found a method we liked between printing out hard copies, emailing batches to each other or third party apps that weren't as capable. The ease of uploading drawings, assigning reviewers, comments and revision tracking is unmatched. The ability to track inventory of fabricated parts in relation to the approved drawings has also helped immensely.
Monday for Engineering Firm
What do you like best about the product?
I began using Monday over a year ago. I was very surprised and pleased with the capabilities of the program. I didn't expect to be able to use it as well as I do. It was virtually overnight success. I will continue to use the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the price is too high. I wish it was more economical.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
integration between devices and the the ease of organizing projects.
Even though they're miles apart, they're all connected.
What do you like best about the product?
It is quite intuitive and easy to use!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently, it has been running slowly and there have been some delays. Additionally, our colleagues in China often experience significant issues with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the administrator and main promoter of Monday.com, I use it every day to oversee projects and monitor progress, as well as to keep track of project status updates, bank guarantees, workload and tasks in my department.
I have been recommending monday work management left and right
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use and I keep discovering new things I can do with it. Additionally, automations have saved me huge amounts of work time and made my work life so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor things, like the coloring in the status columns and not being able to choose the look and aesthetics. Some of my boards look like a birthday party - on the other hand, one can say that it's very colorful.
It has also been imposible to prove that we are a non-profit organization, which we are, but still didn't get the discount. I guess it has to do with different legislations between EU & US.

Automations have been life changing. E.g. I track a number of things and all the trackers (incl. automations) that I have built on monday have changed the way we operate, as a team. One step leading to the next, all interested parties are informed with integrations of gmail and/or slack, things work almost seamlessly.
