Great software!
What do you like best about the product?
The software was very easy to navigate and use for a novice project manager. Everything was very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more in-depth reporting options for individuals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me track all my tasks as they come in and who has requested them. It helps me track my train of thought to reference back. It has also helped me give my manager insight into everything I accomplish.
Efficient & Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I liked that it is so simple to copy and paste.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish I could make the background colors change to night mode or dark
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency and project management. As well as communication on next steps
This keeps us on track, organized, and meeting deadlines.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the organization of the boards, the plethora of options to set them up, automations for board movement/assignments, and email integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could set email integrations for sub items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps keep us organized so things aren't following through the cracks. It also helps in workload management and assigning tasks. We never miss deadlines anymore!

I enjoy the functionality and visual aspects.

Some easy features can be difficult to find and requires one to have a more details (time-consuming look).

Project and team management
A must have tool for all business
What do you like best about the product?
I like it when you're able to keep track of the tasks that you need to accomplish. It also gives you a clear vision of your goals for both individual and team perspective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much. This tool has become part of our day-to-day routine and is very helpful for the group. Maybe it could improve designs like creating our own team designs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps the team to keep track of our goal and a very clear presentation. It also helps us to communicate to other team members what has been completed in a timely manner.
Better ease of managing Marketing KPIs
What do you like best about the product?
Monday gives me the freedom to manage my Marketing projects, financial costs, integrations between panels, which allows me greater versatility in my management.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we look for official content, everything is in English, which sometimes hinders the speed of new discoveries within Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The organization of my department, the development of projects, and the management of KPIs via Dashboard.
Great for Teams
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is laid out beautifully to allow for easy navigation and tracking of progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, the platform is super charged with everything you could need.

Monday is making team management easier.
Efficient Team Communication in Remote Settings
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Monday! It's so helpful to be able to completely organize my brain into a way that makes sense to me, and to be able to have my team members visualize my thought processes as well as where exactly a project stands. The templates are awesome, but totally modifiable to fit your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike much about Monday, other than I wish there was the ability to add more than 5 boards to a calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping our team of 3 (plus outside vendors) stay on top of projects as we all work remotely. It eliminates the need for constant emails back and forth asking about project status' or next steps.
Best product in a market full of mid solutions
What do you like best about the product?
monday.com has the best way of optimize work with automatizations and reminders.

monday.com doesn't have the best chat for consumer consulting

monday.com is solving Allas' cashflow, project management and client's flow in different jobs.
Highly Customizable, Great Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is extremely beneficial because of how customizable it is. It is easy to extract data from for Dashboards/analytics and such. Client facing "boards" are also an option if needed. What I find to be most useful is the internal communications that can be had within the updates. All paperwork can be stored in the info box and is accessible to everyone. The automations are frequently used on a daily basis for us. It alerts employees/groups when something is needed on their part, or is complete. There is a feature that allows you to see the progress of a job and the stages it's in. It is difficult to find a project management tool that entails as much internal communication as Monday does. Their support team is also extremely helpful in finding customizable solutions for you. If Monday doesn't have a current solution for your teams objective, they will recommend third party integrations that can achieve your request.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only minor downside of Monday is sometimes it lags and is slow to load. However, this is a rare occurrence and doesn't last for a full day. Something else I have noticed is that some PDF's that have been uploaded to Monday in the past indicate it has been corrupted and unable to open. Overall, they are the only inconveniences that come to mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is assisting us with keeping internal communications in one place, rather than in separate email threads or pings. Monday's updates allow you to bcc links in email responses so you can keep track of certain requests/communications for certain jobs and clients. We have customized one of Monday's boards to keep track of all PO's we send out under each job, order confirmations, tracking #'s, invoices, and product ETAs. Having this info at a glance allows the PM to schedule project timelines based off this information.
