Monday makes life easy

yhe way to organiz inormation and how it can be showed

Being able to have separate boards and workspaces. Tagging capability synced with slack and gmail.

Can sometimes get double notifications. Hard learning curve.

I like the collaboration it offers amongst teams and the tracking it offers me and my own projects.

The automation tools could be better or easier to use. But once you figure it out, it is ok.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is keeping track of all my projects and communicates to others how they are doing with their contributions.
I highly recommend Monday.com to everyone!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday. com has changed the game in the workforce. It makes my day easy and allows for fast and efficient communication; also, the app is very convenient when on the go. The communication back and forth between my team provides for clarity in my projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it randomly doesn't work or crashes, and always at the worst time. Another thing is when on the go, it's convenient, but without service, it's impossible to view the work for review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows my team and I to be more productive as the work day goes by, and our projects are well managed with this software.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is extremely intuitive. The learning curve is fast and easy to implement within our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little trouble having one Monday board influence or change a task in another on board. If we have a management board that is dependent on functions completed in an individual board, it's tedious to have to make the change manually

Monday.com is currently giving us the visibility needed to stay on top of all our projects. It also promotes team collaboration which helps complete tasks in a quick and timely fashion.
Very practical and intuitive platform to use in a daily basis
What do you like best about the product?
The possibility to personalize everything according to my necessities and to be able to share in a fast way my work/boards with the team
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the bugs that can happen in the platform. For example: when I upload an image, the same one is dupped during the upload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping my work to be even faster than it was without it, making way for me to work more days and also give higher attention to other concerns.

It’s a great cool tool that helps you to make sure you’re working properly and following a process.

I'm not sure, I think that I haven't found anything bad

We had had a lot of problems with our internal organization until we started to use Monday and we could see what we were doing in order to avoid work twice
Extremely easy way to manage projects
What do you like best about the product?
- Key milestones can be set
- Owners can be assigned
- Automatic notifications are generated
- Data can be viewed in different ways, e.g., Gantt Chart
- Doesn't fall over (unlike large shared Excel/Planner files)

What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of any real downsides. I haven't fully explored all functionality, e.g., making use of the API, other smart automation, but it's a lot easier for project management than Google/Microsoft alternatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tells me what I need to work on or think about for the upcoming week (provided I have put in the information beforehand!). So, helps with work prioritisation and focus.
It's a good work planning platform, which allows a team to monitor and scale projects.
What do you like best about the product?
Notifications setup and integrations for slack are valuable options to help teams stay in touch and use each tool for their proper scope. I also like the personal dashboard view.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe there should be a better way to create big task for different channels and teams, and have one epic task centralising all info needed for each sub tasks or each member assigned to a sub task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team work faster, feedbacks are shared officialy, and it higher transparency in work process, all in all a good tool to help small teams become bigger,and more efficient.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything that I dislike as of yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since covid hit and many staff moved to remote work, monday.com has allowed our team to stay connected and up to date on all the projects that are happening. It will enable them to offer their input or ask for help without even being onsite.
