Essential for any Small Business
What do you like best about the product?
Its reliability and access are top-notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tech support is a bit tedious as you have to do much of the heavy lifting on the backend for their team to fix your problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Purchasing, Order Tracking, and Project Management issues have been resolved through Monday's built-in automation and platforms.

It's an easy way for us to communicate with stakeholders and maintain historical record of projects.

Notifications could be more streamlined for user groups - stuff gets missed depending on individual settings

Monday.com is as Visual as it gets, easy touch buttons that are self explanitory , really helps the learning curve. Also the set up is quite eazy to get adjusted to

What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is sometimes a little tricky to use an views alot differently. Some automations don't exist even when creating your own, making some tasks more manual compared to others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows a universal platform for all to use, promoting collaborative working. Allows people to pick up other people's work due to accurate data entry enabling all to see where everyone is with an item at any time.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using monday.com as a CRM and team tracking. I love the integration features that allow me to assign tasks to my team effortlessly. We're always all on the same page on tasks that keep us on track for sales closing.

Being able to have easier access to support or billing issues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying organized and managing a pipeline so we can close deals on time and keep the team on track to provide an excellent customer experience. monday.com is so easy to use and powerful.
Pain-free and User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The templates! I don't have to create one from scratch, which is the best part for someone like me who isn't very tech-savvy.

Honestly, I haven't encountered a feature I didn't like or something I wanted that was missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of people's tasks. We are a small group but everyone has a different set of tasks, and it's not always easy to keep track of each and everyone's progress. But Monday has made all that pain-free. I have a full view of everyone, and where they currently are daily.

The table view can be awkward to resize columns
The table view doesn't assume the same columns for sub tasks as tasks, which is annoying
The dependencies don't seem to be reliable (don't adjust automatically)
