Exceptionally User-Friendly and Easy to Deploy
What do you like best about the product?
This tool is extremely user-friendly, making it simple to use, manage, and administer. The learning curve is almost nonexistent, especially since its interface is similar to Excel. Virtually anyone should be able to create visualizations with minimal effort. After trying out several competitors, we found that this one provided the most bang for its buck and was the easiest to deploy across a team with diverse skillsets. Lastly, support has been excellent. Keep up the great work!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I admit I am being quite particular, as there is very little to complain about. However, I have noticed a couple of minor issues. Occasionally, during peak times, the performance can slow down slightly. Additionally, compared to Excel, the Monday tables have some limitations, especially when it comes to flexibility at the column level. This can be a bit frustrating for our specific needs, though I understand that this isn't really the main purpose of the tool—it's just something we've encountered in our particular use case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us collaborate with clients in a very seamless and effortless capacity. This allows us to work more closely, and more quickly with our clients. Before using Monday we had a number of manual processes that were displaced completely by the tool. It is now our single source of truth for project management.

I haven't found any downsides. Keep up the great work!

There appears to be a lot of cool features that are paid for only and not part of our company package.

Centralizing all groups and aspects of the business to be viewed in one location but viewable by all.

How organized and colorful it is and it's easy to keep track of everything

Sometimes the automations glitch and doesn't automate everything

Keeping tracking of deposits, ETAs and all the jobs that come in that customers order

simple coherent interface and clear functions that can be used across a range of projects and trackers

Intuitive and Easy to Use from the Start

It's easy to pick up and use. The learning curve is not very steep, and it is intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features that seem like no-brainers are missing, like pushing updates from one item to another and having items live in more than one board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management is solving the biggest issue professional service departments face: tracking projects. Having insight into projects, knowing what tasks need to be done when and by who, and being able to plan out each engagement can all be big issues if you don't have a tool like Work Management. Work Management makes it easy to do and takes the tool-stress out of the job so we can focus on doing the work for our clients.
Simple Visuals and Integrated Panels Facilitate Use
What do you like best about the product?
The visual is simple and straightforward, which I consider a positive point. What pleases me the most, without a doubt, is the possibility of gathering the frames in a single panel.
What do you dislike about the product?
What bothers me is the way the status appears on the panel. I really like the idea of the battery, but when I change the status labels beyond done, everything is considered unfinished. For flows that move to other stages, I miss a system that allows marking everything as complete and finished.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The content production flow for all clients is intense, as we work with marketing. There is always a lot happening at the same time, which makes the process quite dynamic.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday Work Management has streamlined many aspects of our business. From vendor scheduling and invoice filing to dispatching and record keeping, Monday.com has allowed us not only to streamline processes but to centralize data and tighten up communication across departments, so we can keep our focus on our customers.

The automation tools sometimes feel a little restrictive. When they work, they work great, but it can be a little tricky to figure out.

Our work involves a complex system with many moving parts, and each team member is responsible for different tasks to serve our customers. Monday Work Management has made it much easier for us to coordinate and stay aligned, ensuring that everyone is working together effectively.

like that Monday Work Management is highly visual and easy to use. The customizable boards make it simple to track projects, assign tasks, and monitor progress in real time.

It felt a bit overwhelming at first. Maybe a simpler user interface could help with that.

Monday Work Management helps solve problems with team organization and communication. Before using it, tracking tasks and deadlines across different tools was confusing and time-consuming. Now everything is centralized; projects, timelines, and updates are all in one place.
Easy to use and intuitive features
What do you like best about the product?
I find it help to track progress with the Monday work management board and adding in the automation features when a project has been completed. I like that I can tag coworkers and add links to post from one drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how there is a notification for everything that gets posted so I mostly use the function to only show what I am tagged in. Its can be a lot of notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep track of work flow and projects completed, its basically part of my daily work routine.
