Monday is a great platform, even for CRM work

What do you like best about the product?
It keeps all my customer logs, emails, information, in a neat format and synced system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Heavier pages sometimes prevent me from having easy flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to use their entire system as a CRM, that we built from scratch, without relying on the larger CRM firms.

Monday has become an indispensable part of our team management

What do you like best about the product?
We work with teams across the globe, and Monday makes workflow and project management really easy. I like that we can share certain boards with certain people or collaborative agencies, as necessary, but keep core projects private. We use it daily for tasking and time tracking, and could not work without it. Over the years, we've customised certain functionalities, and on the odd occasion that we've needed support, it was easy to get hold of the help centre.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside for us is the fact that payment is in US dollars, and being a small agency based in South Africa, it makes it really expensive for us. It would be great if we could have a comparative cost in our own currency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task management between teams and time tracking. It also allows clients access to their specific boards so they can see what the team is busy with and review documents and/or artwork when needed. It makes client management easier.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Monday Work Management is the flexibility to customise boards exactly to our business needs. We can build workflows for everything from day-to-day task management to client onboarding and sales tracking – all in one place. It adapts to how we work, not the other way around.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the flexibility can be a bit overwhelming at first, especially when setting up more complex workflows. There's a bit of a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, the customisation options are incredibly powerful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management is helping us bring all of our business processes into one place – from daily task tracking to client and staff onboarding, lead and sales management, and even time tracking. Before, we used different tools and spreadsheets for each of these, which made things disjointed and harder to manage. Now, we have more visibility across the business, better collaboration between team members, and greater efficiency overall.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about monday.com is the automation; I can simply set up an automation to send out a Slack message whenever a change is made on one of the client tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although outages of monday.com sites are short, they do impact the workflow when it happens as we deal with time-sensitive work, which i dislike about monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving lot of manual data entry work

What do you like best about the product?
The advantages are numerous, as Work Management facilitates daily tasks from the simplest to the most complex projects. And with great ease in integrations and features that can be implemented for the team. The automations are clear and objective!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more pre-created dashboard options.

Monday helps a lot with the macro view of a project.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve used several other project management tools (including monday.com’s main competitors), and monday.com has been the best all-around solution for our team. We not only use it internally, but we’ve also recommended it to key clients — and even transitioned several of them to the platform.

Whether you’re an experienced PM or just getting started, monday.com is incredibly intuitive. The bright, colorful interface makes it approachable, and the ability to quickly undo changes removes the fear of “messing things up.” The built-in automations take care of many mundane tasks, giving you confidence that you’re staying on track and freeing up your time to focus on the work you love.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only challenge we’ve run into is that monday.com is so customizable, it can feel a little overwhelming at first — especially if you’re not sure how you want to structure your boards. That said, once you spend a little time exploring (or use one of their templates), it clicks quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the PM for our team, I needed a platform that worked for everyone — me, so I can track every step of a project, and my team members, so they can see just their tasks, deadlines, and priorities. We’re a fully virtual team, so being able to comment directly on an item and attach files in one place is a game-changer.

I also use monday.com to track our clients’ work and measure progress against the yearly goals we’ve agreed on. The reporting dashboard gives me endless ways to share relevant updates with stakeholders and keep our team aligned and on track.

What do you like best about the product?
The very user friendly interface, the fact that you can break one task into smaller tasks to get better visibility for the team of what you’re working on and also the integrations with other platforms like slack and box

It can get a little laggy if you have too many boards

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of management, control, and security we have when defining access levels for certain users is a huge facilitator for us at TRAVEL S/A.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to customize the frames for some particularities, but nothing that prevents me from working efficiently.

Organization and distribution of tasks to the sales team, financial control, and overall management of the company.

What do you like best about the product?
My experience with monday.com Work Management has been outstanding. The platform is intuitive, highly customizable, and has significantly improved our team's productivity. The visual dashboards make it easy to track progress, and automation features save us countless hours.

What I love most is how seamlessly it integrates with other tools we use, keeping everything in one place. The mobile app is also a great addition, allowing me to stay updated on the go.

Additionally, while the pricing is fair for the value provided, smaller teams or startups might find the cost a bit steep compared to simpler task management tools. That said, the ROI in terms of time saved and efficiency gained makes it worth the investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has transformed how our team operates by solving three major challenges:

1. Centralized Work Management – Before monday.com, our tasks, deadlines, and files were scattered across emails, spreadsheets, and multiple tools. Now, everything lives in one visual workspace, reducing confusion and saving time.

2. Improved Collaboration – With real-time updates, automated notifications, and clear task ownership, miscommunication has dropped significantly. Remote and in-office teams stay aligned effortlessly.

3. Automation & Efficiency – Repetitive tasks (like status updates, approvals, and reminders) are now automated, freeing up hours every week. Custom workflows help us standardize processes without manual effort.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive it is to learn. Very easy to figure the features out. It is also very versatile. You can do some much more than you realize you can with this project management tool. Like surveying clients and integrating with other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything negative right now.
