How Did I Ever Manage Without Monday?!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the automation functionality when working with multiple team members across various accounts. It makes the process more seamless based on our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It freezes from time to time or moves a little slow when it's late at night but other than that, so far, so good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is solving for juggling over 20+ clients and 10 team members in one place. The automation helps me to see exactly where a project is, have a clear view of team member capacity and deadlines.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday. Com is perfect for getting things organized. It is a great place to upload your documents. I liked that it was an easy place to communicate with all of my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I liked the amount it was for the program it is overpriced, and if anything goes wrong with your payment plan, it is a hassle to get it fixed. Although the support team is pretty fast
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the matter of getting all of my documents into the client in a timely and organized fashion where we can have our eployees and their gmps in front of everyone on the board

What do you like best about the product?
- The automations are some of the cleanest, most seamless options for keeping projects organized and on track compared to other PM platforms
- The UI is incredible
- The support team via Monday.com has always been super helpful
- The ability to organize by workspaces, boards, pulses/groups, and individual items = A+
- Maybe one of the best features: the ability to mirror an item from one board to another

What do you dislike about the product?
- Wish there was a way to clean out my notifications quickly and efficiently
- It would be great if Monday.com items could populate to a Google spreadsheet on a regular, automated basis
- An improvement could be the way items are moved around/organized within each pulse. Sometimes we have 50 or so items in a pulse, and it takes forever to switch items around.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- All of our project details including delivery dates, key people, milestones, etc. are all in one place, which makes keeping track of projects so much easier for our team!
- We LOVE that all the history related to conversations and updates can be found in Monday.com. Having a paper trail comes in handy when we need to look back at a conversation that happened 6+ months ago.

What do you like best about the product?
It's user friendly and the user interface is very easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hopefully when it has downtimes it doesn't take so long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really helpful in project management--delegating tasks, monitoring it and etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The customizability is so powerful! I love that I can insert calendars and forms to enhance the overall project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints. Sometimes it takes a little while to load, but not too bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a centralized place for multiple departments to have easy access to information is very powerful!
Excellent platform we use for customer management
What do you like best about the product?
The way information is presented on the boards, the API that helps us automate tasks integrated into our system, the app store which is very complete and the way to import new elements which is very flexible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to complain about the platform itself, but learning to use the API was a little difficult for me and required some testing. However, I believe that the complexity was due to my low experience with GraphQL.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of more than 2000 key accounts for our company. Making it possible to document the interaction with these customers, their challenges and allow us to have a macro view of all of them. In addition to allowing the use of the Sprint methodology for monitoring and inserting tasks.
There's a learning curve, but very useful once you get the hang of it
What do you like best about the product?
We are a small start up that utilizes hundreds of independent contractors. We mostly use monday to track the information from for our contractors (the applicant tracking system, their credentials and when they expire, etc). I also personally use it for a to-do checklist where I can rate priority of tasks, and my team members have visibility into that.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features that are complicated to use. I also wish that different groups of items could have different column types. But those are minor things and I use Monday.com every day
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a small company it doesn't make sense to pay for a large Applicant Tracking System software, so we use Monday to keep track of applicants and where they are at in the hiring process. We can also easily assign tasks to each other and rate priority, assign due dates, and have visibility into each other's tasks

Great way to track usage of specific equipmemt, professional development trainings and projects dates.

I wish you could tab through the monday fields.

Tracking the usage of our Hot Spots, their performance and repair history.
Easy to use and keep track of projects
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how user-friendly the interface is. Assigning people responsible for each task is very easy and helps coordinate between teams. I really enjoy the My Tasks section, as it helps me focus at the start of each day on the tasks with upcoming deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting a message (on the site, not through email) that someone has "joined the board", when it has no impact on my job. It's not something I dislike, just something I don't find useful. Other than that, nothing else comes to mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management becomes easy. I am able to keep track of all the tasks that need to be performed, by when and by who. It has helped me overall with managing the projects I'm working on.
Efficient system making project management more effective
What do you like best about the product?
How simple monday.com is to use, especially how you can integrate emails and text messaging software into boards. Allows for quick, efficient communication to our customers and clients. I also like how many external apps and websites you can link and integrate with
What do you dislike about the product?
That you can't include attachments in emails with integrated with gmail
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integrated email function benefits us as it allows us to save time in bulk emailing our customers. It also allows me to work with colleagues on a project, assign tasks and keep us accountable. We can constantly see updates without having to have regular meetings, which saves us time in the long run.
