Excellent Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is the best feature. Monday.com is intuitive and adoptable by all technical levels - novice to expert.
What do you dislike about the product?
This isn't a dislike but more of a suggestion - when I have a question, I wish there was a chat to throw my question in while I am experiencing an issue or am stuck trying to figure it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best benefit for our company is keeping a remote team focused on tasks and deadlines. When a group project has many facets, the view Monday presents is excellent for seeing who is struggling and who has completed assignments.

non identification when the word is not written exactly the same, like letters with accents for example

Expensive when you're scaling and quickly adds up. Difficult to get teams to adopt product to create one PM tool for all departments.

What do you like best about the product?
I love my ability to keep track of my tasks on Monday. There are boards that everyone in my company can see so that helps with team transparency. I also like automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Monday goes down temporarily and I am not able to see what my to-do list is for the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is saving me time by being able to use automations. It also helps me be detail oriented and keep track of tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Sharing Monday boards with clients is our greatest strength as an agency. The clients are fully aware of what we're working on, what's coming, and what's needed from them to make our plans successful. Our internal team can also collaborate and execute initiatives. We really like to be able to upload files and tag one another to stay on top of marketing campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many downsides to Monday. It's sometimes difficult to get clients to login and read our updates, but that's on the client, not on the product itself. I think some clients just don't want to login to another platform when theyr'e probably already working on so many.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to clearly communicate, collaborate, and be consistent are what makes monday.com the most essential tool for any agency. Our marketing clients feel like we've got them covered when they're able to look at tasks, the statuses, and updates.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is an excellent option for larger teams or anyone that needs to manage a complex amount of work, it gives you and your company the freedom to create and do a diversification as you like.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still having some trouble with the formulas; it will give a False answer even when everything is entirely correct and double-checked, also, the Location on the Maps does not find the exact location.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is solving many problems, like keeping track of all the customers and all the products and allowing each department to create a spreadsheet that is particular to that department.
Monday.com has made teamworking so much easier and has helped us all to work more efficiently.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful features are the notifications, workflows and the ability to assign certain tasks to individuals or teams. The workflows mean that once one action is completed, it passes the next step on to the next person and it helps us be more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike about Monday.com!

Helps keep my team on the same page!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com helps my team stay aligned across many projects. We are a small team but work in 6 time zones. I've used other project management tools and they all end up clunky and feel like a chore to update. Not so with Monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I've encountered is slight internal confusion around the name. Sometimes we talk about 'doing something on Monday' and have to clarify 'Monday.com'.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps my team stay focused on the next action step across many projects and teammates. That helps us avoid duplicate effort, speeds up delegation, and helps me reach our goals faster.
