Great project management tool!
What do you like best about the product?
There are different automation options and I love the fact you have templates to choose from.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because there are so many different options, it takes a while to figure out which one will work best (not a bad problem to have though).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can update my project and notify different parties with the project's progress.
I use Monday.com to manage my teams projects and schedules. it has been very helpfull for us.

Ease of use! Very easy to set new tasks along with assign owners and dates of completion.

Not being able to connect boards more often.

Project structure along with timelines.

What do you like best about the product?
Customization due to so many collumn types, automations and integrations with different softwares. With monday we do not forget to perform an action that we have planned to do in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
We could not manage to find an efficient way to map our time spent do each project and customers so we could have a better cost control (we are an agency). With so many activities and projects, it is hard to make a good track with the tools available.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday creates a clear system for organizing all of the different projects and deliverables for each, especially when there are multiple parts. It makes it easy to keep track of everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be overwhelming when there are so many sub projects and parts to a deliverable. Having to click within something to then find something else gets confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is organizing the communication between the client and us and avoiding many emails and additional files and documents.

I have been using the same functions since 2018. I would like the new features to have visibility or a step-by-step guide during login. It would be nice if features were suggested based on the ones I use the most.

Monday helps us stay organized in one of the easiest, most intuitive ways. The platform is easy to use, understand, and is great for internal communication. We use monday every day.

I wish there were more automations available to make things more efficient and faster. I also wish there were more tag color options so there are no tags that share the same color.

Monday helps solve organization and project status issues. Our team is easily able to keep in touch regarding our tasks, due dates, project status, and utilization rates.
