Efficient and Robust Platform for Managing Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
I can effortlessly organize, track, and report on our sales motions, progress, and results. The CRM functions seamlessly integrate into our workflows. And managing projects across the business is dead simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboards, while flexible, could use a better UI. It can get crowded. Creating the workflows is not always intuitive (or I am asking monday.com to do something it wasn't intended to do).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing and tracking sales motions through onboarding and implementation. Product and project management. CRM contact database.

What do you like best about the product?
With Monday.com, our team has been able to track order fulfillment with far more ease than before. It's update feature is great for keeping track of any special notes, complications, countermeasures or general updates we need to keep in mind.
The timeline feature is amazing and helps give the team a better mental picture.

What do you dislike about the product?
In the standard plan it's like the ideal shared excel sheet for task management. Its potential really does kick in once the automation limit [250 automations] is greatly increased in the Pro plan [25,000 automations].
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is solving our team's previous issue of not having everyone on the same page. With its easy to use interface and accessibility, it's much easier to keep track of tasks and keep everyone up to date on resources or status updates.
Excellent Business Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
How effortless it is to get started using the tool. The simplicity of the UI is one of the most compelling things about the platform. I was able to get started and launch several projects within a matter of minutes. Inviting teammembers and getting them to start using was also super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the UI is also a tiny deterrent, as some users view it almost as a game or not as businesslike as other tools. I don't see it that way at all. There are not many downsides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us manage and track solar construction projects.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize and automate each board has benefited my team and me.
I love tracking time on individual projects, and it helps me monitor the teams and their progress. Having everything I need in one place to manage and execute my daily tasks and tracking my team's tasks has been helpful and has made my life so much easier as an executive.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have not come across anything that I am not fond of. The only thing I would maybe add would be something similar to Threads or Slack, where staff/team members can chat with each other and share.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time tracking and Project management

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is extremely easy to use, colourful and direct. Our business has many employees in various age groups, so it helps to know they don't struggle learning the software and its updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe Monday needs some set dates and times for scheduled maintenance to ensure that it doesn't go down or have issues arise. This way, it can avoid integrations or automation delays or glitches at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday ensures that all our employees are on the same page about each and every customer we have here, whether that be Service or Sales. It helps ensure we know about the customer, their vehicle, their needs, you name it!
Easy access to help run a business
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has kept my non-profit news company running! It keeps us organized and everything running smoothly. We can create boards, share updates and quickly communicate and review each other's works.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any major dislikes to report on yet.

Any miscommunication that can happen when operating your typical day to day .

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Monday.com allows our organization to keep track of projects easily. Our organization can easily communicate in one place and keep track of our project deadlines in a central location that is easily accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our organization is working on setting up the automations so that we can best utilize the tools Monday.com provides. The only issue we have run across is that a Monday.com board can run out of storage but, we were able to come up with alternate solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows our teams to work together on projects and to collaborate effectively. We are able to designate who is in charge of completing small parts of tasks so that the projects come together. We are also able to keep track of deadlines by setting up email automations when deadlines are approaching which is extremely helpful.
Easy to customize to my needs
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I can customize boards to exactly what I need, as well as the ability to track time and attach notes to stages of a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you can't create a subitem of a subitem, sometimes that would be helpful for larger projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us track how long it takes to complete a project and also organize/better plan the way we tackle projects.
Monday.com deserves a gold medal
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been instrumental in getting other departments, who are not used to using project management software, excited about project planning. The ease with which documents can be uploaded, the templates that can be used, and the intuitive nature of some of the features have managed to please everyone from a novice all the way up to seasoned project managers. Great job, Monday.com!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found much I disklike about Monday.com. If I had to pick anything that I think could be a bit better, it is the iOS app. I struggle sometimes navigating it, whereas I don't have the same issue on the computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had trouble getting other teams in my network to use project management tools. They found them cumbersome or overly complicated. Monday.com is the perfect match for us as those that want to use the more advanced features can, while others can get useful information without having to spend a lot of time learning the system.
Project Management Task Master
What do you like best about the product?
The software has many tools that you can use to organize your project and has integrations from other applications. I like it because I can prioritize my tasks with custom titles that make sense for my projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes time to really get the processes working across the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving task management and prioritizing tasks across the many projects that are happening simultaneously. we use it with other clients that are also using the software to manage tasks.
