What do you like best about the product?

It is simple and easy to use for myself & for the team. There are numerous highlights for monday.com like the status fields, document uploader option etc.
We can simply create multiple boards for each project/ topic. The other advantage is we can create the duplicate board by easily copying the elements. It saves a lot of time.
We can also make the worksheets for ourself and for the team by adding and removing the members. Once we update anything in the board it will notify the subscribed members about the recent updation that we have given.

What do you dislike about the product?

I didn't see an undo button in monday.com, if we mistakenly click on the delete button there is no way to restore it.
That is the only downside that I have seen in monday.com

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We can get an overall picture of our project, like one single tool/platform for every project/tasks.
We are able to see the status of all projects and issues very quickly and makes us track everything and respond as soon as possible.

That we can customize according to each requirement

It helps us organize each job, date it, attach photos or files and have it all on the same platform, in addition to being able to assign specific people to perform a task.

Things which I don't like about Monday, or I can say I like the least, is - They are launching different apps and becoming like other companies rather than just be the master of one tool.

I can visualise my entire training project, the timelines, mandate, can connect with my trainer and assign task

The entire training session for onboarding a new employee can be designed and scheduled on Monday, it can track the progress and customise it as per the performance.

What I don't like about it though is the potential mess it can cause when you try and explore other tabs and it's integration with other apps or programs. It can seem a little complicated.

To be honest, Monday is really helpful i don't find anything wrong with it

Organized scheduling, categorization, and board optimization. Great overall tool. Fits what you need, specifically with automation. Once you get to it, it's easy as pie.

Not user-friendly at first. It would help if you had someone to get the work around and all the essential and critical concepts. Some of the settings are not fun to do by yourself for first-timers like me.

Workload management problem. Unlike spreadsheets, you need to do some manual sorting and filtering. However, this game-changer platform makes your job easier, from work management to creating essential roles for each team member and automation.

I like the ease of understanding the flows by the employees and the integration it offers.

I think there should be more opportunities for automation, the limit is low.
