Monday.com has been an instrumental project management platform for our team.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly see what each of our team members is working on and the real time progress that is being made on each project. This keeps us highly organized and in the loop when juggling multiple projects at a time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a lot that I don't like about Monday.com. However, I think that if there was an integration with Quickbooks that would allow automation to link invoices and track payments, that would be amazing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps to keep our team of 7 organized and efficient. We love also that we can create separate Monday.com boards for all of our clients. That way they can send us feedback directly on the platform back and forth without the need to shuffle through emails!
Great help to manage projects
What do you like best about the product?
Easy way of using this. Colorful website makes it bright and a easy on the eye.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many notifications for 1 input - on email, on the app on other 3rd party apps like Slack
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in synchrony among our various teams and quicker and real time intimation of requirements or inputs from any team member
Great for managing multiple workers
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. By far one of the easiest software tools to use and to reach how to use to our new employees. I also love being able to see to see what our employees are currently in middle of.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to tie multiple board data and to display it all on center dashboard. I currently have each individual employee assigned to there own individual board. It's a bit time consuming to go into each board to see what they are doing...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to use software that anyone can easily understand and be trained in to using with a hour or so. Definitely helps us make sure everyone is being as productive as possible.
Business process structure an automation
What do you like best about the product?
The platform has been an easy to configure solution for automating business processes, creating standard operational practices, and reducing the dependence on spreadsheets and institutional knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Fairly technical element… My least favorite part of Monday is how the first field on every board has to be the key, versus allowing another board's, unique key to be the first field in this boatd
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an excellent CRM for a relationship based sales model (versus volume transactions), it integrates most of our back office processes, is our recruiting engine, and our contract management system.
Love Monday - Smooth Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use and create new boards, tables, and labels. It's so customizable and intuitive. Also love being able to tag teammates in comments and updates!
What do you dislike about the product?
Ah sometimes I don't get notifications unless I refresh my browser
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our whole team is remote. Monday allows us to easily share and access files, leave project updates for team members, and stay up-to-date on assignment statuses.
Very good ticketing system
What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which you can automate different parts of each element, to whom it is directed, among many other things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on the number of elements it can be tedious to have everything on the screen. You have to zoom out to see the full content.

Task management, the speed in solving tasks increases when using Monday.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a great tool overall - I find it very intuitive, it enables tracking all tasks in a visual and easy way and makes communication & sign-offs effortless - both with our Team and with our Clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do feel like Monday is constantly improving but if I were to name some areas it would be:
1. Connections with different software could be improved;
2. The number of templates and tutorials for more complicated set-ups could be increased for different industries

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes collaboration with the team and clients much easier. We can easily track sales, onboarding, and ad-hoc tasks for different services within the business all in one place. It also helps with communication with the clients - more manageable then multiple email chains with multiple stakeholders.
Good for small teams or multi-project
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there is an app and different API integrations. I haven't actually tried all of the integrations yet, but the next one I'll try is time tracking and reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a lot of work to set-up the initial project (hospitality programme / event management) and haven't been able to efficiently set up a template yet :)
Not everyone engages with Monday as thoroughly as required (I personally don't) for efficient tracking - when busy, using Monday to see what's next is helpful, but updating Monday is extra work.

Monday allows me to assign tasks and track project progress efficiently. I know what the team are working on, and where they require further support from senior staff.
Monday.com has proved to be a valuable project management tool for multiple business types and sizes

The collaboration features are constantly getting better. As well as the user interface.

The Formula feature can be hard to use at times.

Monday.com helps our agency with keeping projects visible to everyone involved. It also proves to be a very valuable tool for personal workflow and task managemet.

What do you dislike about the product?
Plans as many features that seems quite basic are in Pro plans only.
Notifications part of automation pool (doesnt see the logic behind that). Dragging items from left to right can be tricky sometimes.
