Great app
What do you like best about the product?
Highly customizable, easy to use UI, good on updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile app needs a lot of work. There is a lot of data stored and it doesn't always update unless you restart the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is constantly updating it's the user experience to make it cleaner. Adding more features that allow us to automate various tasks.
Not what we were looking for for our team
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and set up. Multiple users are allowed. The price is ok.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not what we expected or needed from a collaborative platform, it's a pretty simple to-do list. We kept searching for a better fit, as we needed advanced options.

It keeps tasks in order

What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can effectively use Monday as a large team, plus have sections where just smaller departments are focused also the automation and power-ups are awesome once you have taken the time to configure them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure it's a bad thing, but there are too many options. It's very easy to overcomplicate your project management system, so much so that the people using it cannot actually use it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps us keep track of all of our projects, in-house tasks and general CRM. We usually have the app running so the popup notifications help our team stay in the loop with official tasks.
Surprising usability
What do you like best about the product?
Automations are a plus. The platform is very simple to use, and it allows you to organize everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only sometimes does an error arise when creating elements, but refreshing solves it.

Help organize tasks, distribute projects, centralize work and reports.

Monday.com solves task management problems in the company I'm working. It also solves communication issues. Just by checking other boards, I can align with my team

I like how it helps to organize my work. The possibility of dividing your data into different boards and tagging/creating all the aspects that are needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything I dislike, but maybe the notifications could pop up on the screen when you are mentioned so you could find them more easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think Monday.com just keeps all your work together and you can find everything in one place and that's great!

Simplicity and automation, being able to see data and customize the columns you need to keep track of.

It's not a true CRM, it's great for small scale, but it wasn't working for us as we grew and had to keep track of more clients with specific projects.

Having all active clients/projects with automations attached to the projects if they're cyclical was a huge time saver.
Really strong user experience
What do you like best about the product?
Monday allows you to collaborate with anyone within your organization, helping us keep lines of commuication open. This is life-changing! The tagging features and document uploads on tasks/projects are seamless and can be accessed by anyone you give permission to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new colour features make the dashboards harder to read and feel more junky when navigating.

Everytime I use Monday it surprises me at how intuitive it is.
