Takes the paper and work out of paperwork!
What do you like best about the product?
the most helpful thing about Monday.com is the fact that it is organized, easy to use, and can be utilized on a computer, phone, or tablet. The information is very easy to navigate and keep track of. It eliminates the paper and work in paperwork!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a little while for all devices to synch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that Monday.com is settling is carrying papers with me, transferring documents via scan and email, and keeping constant track of performance.

Easy of use, very intuitive and it provides most features we need to organize our work

Losing content in a document, when auto-save does not work properly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small family business and have no idea how to organize ourselves. I, as an IT consultant, am used to working with the likes of JIRA and other scrum tools, so it felt logical to create boards, sprints (as a group) and tasks to complete to try and organize ourselves.
My wife, who is not IT technical, can find her way on Monday pretty well. So that proves the user-friendliness for me.

Using monday.com as IT Support Engineer.
What do you like best about the product?
I use monday.com to maintain inventory of all IT assets of the company as well as keep track of service requests, contracts, warranties and all IT-related projects. The feature I like the best is automation, as it allows me to keep everything organized and consistent across boards with what I am trying to achieve. Another feature I like is the abundance of 3rd party integration applications I can integrate monday.com with.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many templates for IT-related tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The company I work for doesn't have a ticket system. Thus, monday.com solves that problem and allows me to do project management in one platform at a lower cost.

Monday.com creates habits of communication and just the right amount of reminders to encourage accountability within my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com's functionality depends on the full participation of the team; for some, the learning curve is steep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We operate multiple projects in multiple timezones. Monday.com allows instant panoramic overview of our active projects, and show us precisely where we might be stuck or at risk of being stuck.

Very good for collaboration. All team members are happy to work on Monday.com. I hope more improvements will come soon. We are waiting for surprises. :)))

Everything is okay. Nothing dislike from us.

Communication is very important for team management. Monday is solving that issue very well.
The best project management tool yet
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is extremely efficient and intuitive in its design. It integrates easily across a number of apps and platforms. And it's also a fantastic communication hub that really holds everyone accountable for moving projects forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet, really. I suppose the future is bright for Monday and would love to see it one day take the place of my calendar app and other ancillary products like that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is solving the biggest problem yet: it's a project management tool that actually works and people enjoy using. As an owner/operator of three businesses, we use Monday to run all of them. Why? Because it's simply more user-friendly, nicely designed and easily integrated into our existing platforms. Bottom line: it's the best.
Using Monday.com in a mid size company across multiple departments
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com helps keeps me and my team well organized. We can keep up with all the outstanding items we need to accomplish. We are also able to track the progress of our project a lot better than we did before not using a project management software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to monday.com is that it isn't compatible with Microsoft Office for our account. If we do upload a document and need to make an edit, we have to make sure that we re-upload the new doc and delete the old one. Other than that, we love Monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that monday.com is solving is how our departments can work together. There are a lot of projects that we are bringing to the company, with multiple managers needing to be involved. Monday.com has allowed us to collaborate, keep everyone in the loop, and ensure we are on track with our project goals.
Monday to manage and assign tasks and streamline collaborations
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customise different boards depending on the tasks needed are excellent. Also the abilitiy to upload existing Excel sheets into Monday and extraxting them from Monday are very valuable tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all fields are compatible with Excel (like country fields) and if you want to move tasks to another board you loose incompatible fields (versus adding unassigned fields based on which you could update the board to where it was moved)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving (viewing) access to external users is great so they see the stages of projects they are involved in. It eliminates sending out many "status update" emails.
Excellent & Easy Collaboration/Prioritization Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy UI and the ability to customize for my needs
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor feedback, but I do wish you had more control in the color coding availability
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Monday standardized task management and prioritization across my team along with improving communication on status. We are able to handle more things on our plate due to the organized nature of being able to keep track of it all

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that everything is live and available to anyone who is added to the board or task. We travel for business as Reps and need information for clients. We can access any information through the search option, or by viewing the board.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scrolling to the right to access columns. I know it's the only way to set it up, but some lines can have up to 20 columns. It's not easy on your phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No matter where I am, or what device I am working on, I can access information. And it doesn't clutter up my hard drive.
