What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable monday.com is, boards, groups items, and automations it gives you all types of opportunities in order to create processes and work with small or big teams
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes automations can get stuck and be really difficult to actually set up, but that may be because you need to know a little more about how they work in order to set it up correctly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have to keep track of all the research we do in my company so that is where monday.com became really helpful due to all their automations and integrations with other systems
Invaluable tool
What do you like best about the product?
The user friendly way to set up a customized board for all our needs. Very easy to manage our projects and the phases within our projects. We can see at a glance at any time during the day where each project stands as far as completion. This program keeps us very organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it would like with our accounting software

Best tool to work online with my team!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday provides a great user interface, it is very intuitive to use and has a lot of tools. Those that like me more are that you can create a project, and also a subitem for that project where you can work on other things related to it and choose which members of your team will work on it. That is just one of all things I can say. When I upload an image, it doesn't lose quality and always remains as I uploaded. It is very fast to use on my computer and in the mobile app. The Mobile app is great. When I receive notifications on my phone, I can check very fast comments, likes on posts I made, new work to do, assigned jobs, etc...
I used to work with other platforms, but no one of those can even be close to Monday, which has become my preferred tool to work online.

What do you dislike about the product?
At the time, I dislike nothing. I have all the tools that I need to work with my coworkers. Interface is very intuitive and always Monday is being updated with new tools. Monday is great :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication between work members and job assignment is the main problem Monday has solved for the company I work. Monday has given us powerfull tools to communicate with each other and make the work easier.

Hard to use with other people, attorneys specifically. Notifications tend to overwhelm them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Good task list, happy they are working with other small companies to develop more use cases. Overall, I do not feel more productive. Sometimes I am double entering information when I would like everything to be seamless and work together.

I love the structure and organization that Monday.com offers through use of project boards and adding other employees, along with the ability to set deadlines and see project progress.

I honestly haven't found anything that I don't like yet.

Monday.com is solving communication by allowing us to create and update project boards as needed so that everyone can see the project's / task progression.

What do you like best about the product?
A great feature of Monday.com is being able to see what everyone is working on in your team and being able to retrieve documents and files from your team easily instead of having to email them and wait.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of fields for information and it can be overwhelming if you're managing or a part of a large team. It definitely takes some getting used to if this is your first time using this kind of software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com brings visibility to what myself and my team are working on. Being able to message inside of the app is very effective and lessens the amount of emails we have to send which can easily get lost or overlooked.

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard was straightforward and easy to use. Without much effort and without any training, I was able to set up a few simple projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of their features are really simple to use, which I really like. They have some really great Ui and Ux.

Because it helps us display our entire raodmap schedule and keeps us all on the same page with responsibilities and initiatives, my team like Monday.com.

It solves the problem of not knowing how to start organizing my information. It does it with templates

What do you like best about the product?
Because the application is simple to use, everyone can rapidly master it. Everyone on our team conserves so much time by delegating and dividing responsibilities. We can achieve our objectives more quickly than ever before!

Not always is automation effective. But, if you have opted to receive text alerts or emails from Monday.com regarding outages, you will usually receive real-time notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Despite our staff being located across the country, Monday.com allows us to monitor all of our projects from one place. Detailed reports and information-packed dashboards are available. We can contact the customer service team anytime for assistance when we're stuck.

You can have everything in just one view, to organize all kind of stuff.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, everything goes very well. Maybe, more colors for the options.
