What do you like best about the product?
What I love most is the flexibility—the platform doesn’t force you into a rigid system. I’ve customized dashboards with widgets that surface exactly what I need to see, whether it’s campaign timelines, creative approvals, or upcoming content deadlines. It's powerful without being overwhelming.
We use it for everything from social media planning to campaign tracking to performance reporting—and it handles it all seamlessly. The ability to integrate different workflows and still have one clean, visual overview of what’s happening (and when) is a game changer.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would love the ability to have private views for the boards you are assigned for, and creating private views using multiple boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Monday, we were jumping between spreadsheets, email threads, and separate platforms for social planning, reporting, and project tracking. It was inefficient, hard to keep everyone aligned, and easy for things to slip through the cracks.
Now, everything lives in one place. I can manage content calendars, monitor campaign progress, assign tasks, and even build custom analytics dashboards—without leaving the platform. It keeps the whole team on the same page and gives us real-time visibility into what’s happening and what’s coming next.

Tracking your progress and seeing it all unfold is super satisfying!

Had a couple issues recently where the site was down (on a Monday of all days!) and my team and I felt totally useless without it.

Allocating tasks and tracking progress. We like to tag co workers in and communicate through it and work through issues as a team

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to not have files or progress lost in emails and seen easily at a glance. Organization is very easily attained with the Monday Software.

Version control for pdf files is a little bit weird. But once you get used to it, it can be useful.

Multiple collaborators on the same tasks can be complicated via email. This software fixes that.

Monday.com is so intelligent and logical and easy to navigate and use. I use it daily and it has lots features for me to choose from. It's easy to learn and implement in my day to day life. I find it fast to upload and easy to undo any mistakes.

Sometimes I can get a bit lost in my own boards but I think that is my own fault not the system.

The platform is very easy to use, helpful when sharing things across a company and assigning tasks. Very help for companys that are global when you can't access people via email instantly.

there are so many options on how to do things it can become slightly overwhelming.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Monday.com is being able to go in and out of projects and keep them in front of you so you do not fall behind on anything. When you are waiting for information to complete a project, you can see what other ones you have open and keep moving.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered any major downsides in the software; the only issues I have had is other users within the company not using it in a uniform manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It shows me that people are working on open projects and who is working on them. This is important because it shows me who is working on what and that keeps the team from duplicating work.
