Multibusiness Organiser
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Monday is creating multiple groups for different business sections. It also enables you to assign tasks to employees with a due date. Our Monday is used across two businesses and allows them to flow seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite feature of Monday is the lack of different colors. There are a lot of similar colors, which can get confusing if you are trying to differentiate between lists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved a problem with organizing birthday parties hosted at one business. It benefits us by allowing us to record all the details of a party in one convenient place and keep it updated as to who has paid etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend Monday to others looking to make organizing their team easier through an online and mobile platform. Monday is live, and employees are constantly up to date on their tasks.

A Seamless Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The point-by-point staging for the project and it's current status makes it a lot easier to monitor things and be in control.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unannounced system maintenance but that barely happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me monitor everything with a simple glance to where the project is currently at.

It's a no-brainer move for your business to achieve a quick yet complete understanding of the current stage of your business processes.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable the platform is. I can make the boards whatever I want and organize them in ways that will make sense for a specific project.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that's annoying is that the desktop app doesn't let me paste cells (even though I can right click and copy...) and that I can't have multiple tabs open on the app like I have on my browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to help with the timetracking issue we were having. So easy to have time tracking right next to the item. I'm much more productive here than on Basecamp (my old tool) since I can pretty much solve any problem and plan anything here.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has many valuable ways to organize the workflow and connect people to assets, progress, tasks, and timelines. Baked in and third-party integrations create a seamless experience between other platforms. Automations do a lot of heavy lifting. Overall, we love Monday!
What do you dislike about the product?
If there is anything we dislike about Monday its sub-items not being available on public board views. We want to remove the Monday logo from exported spreadsheets, but this is not supported yet. There are also limitations with connecting any data with other boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday solves our time-tracking per project per task, helping us understand how long it takes to accomplish specific types of workflow. Monday also provides a powerful way to organize every aspect of our projects, no matter how complex.
Great for Project Management and Keeping Track of Sales Updates
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use dramatically help with data management, especially from a team's standpoint. Helps us easily keep track of team updates as well

Missing more features, would be great if they added more functions

Great with keeping track of inventory updates for sale purposes. Very convenient

What do you like best about the product?
Organizing tasks by type is necessary for me (a virtual assistant for a small business). I'm able to categorize my to-do list as much as I need to while also having the opportunity to communicate with my manager quickly if necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside to Monday that I've experienced is that navigating from one workspace to another was difficult initially. A very slight update to the menu could fix this, though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because my job is entirely virtual, I have struggled with communicating with my team members. Monday has completely solved this issue! I can see the software's tagging feature benefitting not only smaller businesses like mine but also large ones.
Intuitive, Customizable, and Good Looking!
What do you like best about the product?
How customizable the boards and views are. We have some "non-traditional" processes, and it's great to be able to build a board to make them efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the automation ooptions were a bit more flexible, and I am yet to see a way to count business days rather than just days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple campaigns at different stages of building/optimizing/monitoring. Anyone in the team can open the board and see the progress on each item.
Business Flows Better With Monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is our lifeline, simply put. The ability to map out an idea, and then build upon it has been amazing! To start with a project, put a date to it, assign it to a team member, add sub-items, drop in links and other files for reference - I can keep listing things but you get the idea. The ability to then view this information in other project management tools like timelines, calendar, and Kanban view adds an easy-to-use versatility that helps convey important projects to other team members. We fully enjoy utilizing Monday.com and will continue doing so!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having an RCI capability would be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization within the team. It's nice to have an overall view of what's going on, and then specifically everyone's role. It also helps with storing braindumps, so even if a product or project isn't fully fleshed out I have the ability to store the development process which I believe is key.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be ready to learn the platform as it can be overwhelming when first starting out, but also be excited for the possibilities. It has all the app integrations so chances whatever you're in the market looking for, Monday.com has it.
Solid Task Management System for Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Customisable - I am able to choose the best view of tasks and projects (boards) at a particular time, and there are many templates that can support efficient task management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's not so intuitive and one needs to spend more time learning how to make the most of all of the features on offer. I also haven't worked out how to create an efficient daily task list yet, which means I'm still using sticky notes all over my desk!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working in a team to manage task planning and execution. My teammates can see progress and ask questions and it is documented by task. Receiving reminders and updates to my email inbox is also helpful.

Consider whether you can invest time in upskilling yourself and your team to use the features of Monday.com and for what specific purpose it will be useful.
