Monday has helped my team to work more collaborative and also help me to better manage my team
What do you like best about the product?
The UX is excellent, and the software is very versatile. I loved the new look and feel. But what makes my life much easier is the automation. Moreoever, the buying process was easier and the partnership with a local vendor was key for me to acquire the product
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting tools should be better. Now I am only able to create simple reports, for general stuff, it helps; however for more substantial analysis, I always have to download the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a CRM to better manage my team and my pipeline, and Monday has provided that fully. I just wanted to have a better reporting tool. As I said before I still have to download the data
Monday.com has improved my teams workflow and led to an increased efficiency in project management.
What do you like best about the product?
The transparency and ability to access our company's workflow in one simplified view. Monday.com has helped my team organize all of their projects in one place and has streamlined our processes. It's easy to find whatever project I'm looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automations are sometimes glitchy. I also feel that there could be some new automations added - especially ones that tie to subitems as we utilize those frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has helped my team immensely. Prior to using Monday.com, we used to work through nearly all of our processes via email, slack and google sheets, which led to miscommunication, inadequate paper trail, and no organization. Project hand-offs and transitions were nearly impossible to facilitate due to the lack of centralized information. Monday.com makes it easy to track all of our projects.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and visually interesting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday does not offer dynamic forms or an update feature for forms. Once a form is submitted, data can only be updated through a table.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It offers in time status reporting and viewing. It also provides data mapping between boards.

What do you like best about the product?
the intuitivity and variety of board templates to choose from for any given project you are managing. It has a robust feature set from automations to layouts for organization. It is just so simple to use
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there isnt a way to prioritize notifications for tasks assigned to you .. or a reminder button that you can choose for it to reappear in X amount of hours. that would be a really helpful option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is certainly a tool I use every single day and its solving productivity amongst teams and making sure we are all on the same page on projects and tasks we are working on or collaborating on.

Maximum file limits on a line item can limit TVC production workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves working collaboratively between clients and suppliers by reducing admin hours. Real-time reporting and forward planning for resource management. And much more.
Solid platform for organising a large number of projects and project participants
What do you like best about the product?
We use Monday as a project management platform. Here, it impresses with its very user-friendly structure and quick integration of external users in the form of guests. In addition, the good documentation allows solutions to be implemented quickly and in a targeted manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, there are also some disadvantages that come with using monday. When used in large and multi-layered projects, it is inevitable to use subitems. The functionalities of these are much more limited than those of normal elements. As a result, intermediate solutions often have to be used in everyday project work. Expanding the functions with elements, e.g. for automations and integrations into the API, would be very helpful and would increase the user experience considerably.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The easy integration of external users via guest account enables Monday to quickly build a collaborative platform that can be accessed by all project participants.
Really helpful in organizing the tasks and simplifies the process.
What do you like best about the product?
Organizing the tasks is the first and foremost. Sorting the tasks by various aspects like tags, people, company, manager, etc. Very helpful for recollecting or revisiting the completed tasks from the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of notifications we receive via mail is very disconcerning. Yes, although I can opt out of it, I may miss out on important ones. Hence enabling more options and filters would be appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me keep track of the tasks assigned to me and update the status of the projects I do. Similarly, my team is aware of the status of the project. Also with, the time stamp of the due date and other information for a project is incredible.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a tool that has helped a lot to organize and define all the processes in the department where I work. The platform is extremely intuitive and visually pleasing, allowing a quick analysis of all information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that, as a Brazilian, one of the limitations of Monday is the cost of having access to some apps in order to be able to take full advantage of the automation. I understand that the platform has its origins in another country, but I don't always have access to the options due to the values given the difference in the country's currency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work at a college and Monday.com was crucial for organizing our administrative processes. In about 50 boards (yeah, all of them are necessary) we control assessments, class materials, satisfaction surveys, tasks to be carried out, confirmation or cancellation of courses, and all operational control of educational management.

Ensuring all projects are managed in a centralised location. Gives great visibility and ensure users are far more likely to update our data sets.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can see what everyone is working on, the progress, and any notes associated with it. It is very easy to update people on what is going on.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot use certain features on the basic plan, such as timeline.
