What do you like best about the product?
The visuals. It makes it easy to see my pending tasks and the completed ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are columns in some boards that I can´t show on a widget or graph, like the priority column.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me organize my documents and it solved the problem of overdue unpaid bills.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start uploading information correctly from the first moment, so you don't have to erase boards later.

What do you like best about the product?
Let's get straight to the point: Monday.com main strengths are its accessibility and fluidity. It allows project management which is, accessible accross multiple devices, check!; integrates easily with third party functionalitie, check ! =; but overall it is easy on the eyes and has easy a very accessible learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it is hard to create fully personalized boards. Despite starting a board from scratch, it will look like standard board templates offered by Monday. I wish that there was a tangible appeal to starting a board from scratch by having a visible level of freedom in the board's structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow at our company was extremely disconnected between stages. Monday.com has helped our team become more cohesive and effective by centralizing information in a single place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of templates to learn the ins and outs of Monday.com

Also, don't overlook the integration marketplace!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it allows our company to be macro and micro organized all the way from specific team projects to individual tasks. I often also look at the history of prior tasks which help me understand reasons behind certain engineering changes done.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing I dislike about Monday so far and I have been using it for 3 years now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can lead production meetings between engineering, production, and procurement using Monday since it allows us to organize goals for teams into individual tasks.

Easy and seamless for project management

What do you like best about the product?
Monday helps me keep my projects organized so I can easily see my progress and statuses. I can easily add new assignments to the queue and assign tasks to teammates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a way to archive projects without completely deleting them for later reference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps me not have things slip through the cracks or get burried.

What do you like best about the product?
We can all notify each other when certain tasks are needed or completed. The ability to keep up to date with all activities and workflow is essential to our business. Monday.com allows us to track appointments and stay current on all details.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I dislike to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to know what spot is airing and if it needs to be updated to track the flow efficiently and effectively. I need to know who I have contacted and when a follow-up is necessary, and I have been able to accomplish this with Monday.com.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform's flexibility makes it useful for all of my clients, regardless of vertical or project specifics.

The paid features are usually necessary, but the cost can be a barrier for some of my clients.

Perfect Tool for Peace of Mind

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface and super appealing to the eye, this platform helps me guide my team with our everyday tasks. With it's completely customizable sections, one is able to tailor program to their specific needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sub groups were added last year, However, I would love to see these subgroups go even deeper. At least two deep. I would like my task to start with SEASON, then the first subgroup ACCOUNT and finally PROGRAM. The program as is, is great, but extra subgroups would take it to the next level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With my team, we handle so many different types of projects across at least 3 seasons at a time. Monday.com has been that peace of mind that I need to know the status of all the projects, what season they are, which designer has them, due dates and any notes needed for the specific project. No project gets lost!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want peace of mind, go with Monday.com! Easy to use. Less headaches. All projects managed.

Great Platform to Manage a Team!

What do you like best about the product?
I manage a team of 10 people and this platform makes it very easy to manage their daily tasks, track their hours, etc. I've also been able to use the platform for myself to keep track of a massive hiring project. The Monday boards are also very useful to share with my clients when they want transparency on the work we are doing for them!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike about the platform as it is very inuitive. The most complicated part would be setting up more complex boards, but fortunately, there are video tutorials for all of the template boards that teach you how to set up and automate everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problems being solved with Monday.com involve work efficiency. It creates a very simple and transparent channel where I can see what all of my employees are working on while also keeping track of daily productivity!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking to streamline your workflow or that of your team, Monday.com is the platform to do it!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Monday.com is cutomizable and offers different views for pulling out critical information from lots of information. My company has also used Asana and I prefer the additional features on Monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com can be too much for general tasks/ organization, so my company has also used Asana for tasks not falling under a larger category. But Monday.com is much better for categorizing and ranking. We have used it to help streamline or hiring and onboarding process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has helped with our hiring process. We are able to consolidate resumes and applications and easily track contacts with potential hires and rank them. The customizable columns make it easy to see at a glance which candidates have been hired/ offered/ rejected/ etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I personally use it for briefing jobs to creative team, it's very useful for me to check progress on tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure if there's already something within the product, as I'm not the manager of it. But if it has an automatic dashboard creating section that could be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing tasks and seeing progress in real time has been valueble.
