What do you like best about the product?
The versatility of the different boards that can be created is awesome. I love that in sections and sub-item tasks you can customize the info that is added, whether its links or deadlines it's perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there could be a notification center that is dedicated to comments or tasks specifically for my assigned work. The current notifications are not always helpful as it shares all comments across all boards and topics whether they are assigned to me or not. I have to sift through it too much ultimately making me not use it very much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps us organize campaigns, objectives, and goals for our clients on a monthly and quarterly basis. We are able to see all of the current objectives and easily find our assigned tasks for various projects in our marketing agency.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Monday.com is that you can tailor the solution to fit your business and your workflows. This is revolutionary.
What do you dislike about the product?
As someone with no coding experience, the automation and formulas can be quite daunting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can link multiple workflows and processes which saves time and provides transparency.
Organizational Lifesaver
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility and options are what make Monday amazing. If it can be thought of, it almost exists on Monday. If we did not have this program, our company would be struggling.
What do you dislike about the product?
The hardest part is finding a starting point. There are so many options, that it takes a while to figure out exactly how you want to use it. More examples would help! Additionally, if it interfaced with more HR programs, that would be helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The two main problems it is fixing are the organization of data and cross-functional communication. Its interfacing with other storage programs, like Google Drive, helps us prevent duplication of data and efforts.
Best for online/remote workspace
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, fast to learn and connect with multiple applications. One of the best options is that you can export spreadsheets just with one button nad download them in few seconds, also, it is to create tables with very few clicks and convert them into forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Flexibility in skins or colors, most of us use dark light but would be great if we get more custom settings to spread the business culture in our remote office.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miscommunication, work flow and info tracking. Since I work in HR, Im able to add info to the system like it was a spreadsheet and not worry about saving since it is always saving what I put into the system.

What do you like best about the product?
The custom status and tasks have allowed us to have a more streamlined workflow. As we work from remote locations, we're able to tag and communicate with each other as our orders move from prospects to production. The color-coded labels help us efficiently determine where our focus needs to be.
What do you dislike about the product?
When trying to change the title of an item, it often opens a new pop-up. We have to be precise with our mouse placement or we'll click on the incorrect buttons. Other than that, we've been very impressed with Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a better way to track all of our orders as they moved from prospect to pre-production to production and then to delivered. As a team, we are updating Monday as each order moves along in the process. We work remotely, so it has helped us be on the same page without having to call or email. It has helped us to keep track of all orders and invoice our clients promptly as well.
Monday is easy, intuitive project management software
What do you like best about the product?
The system is easy to understand and allows you to break down projects into sections, and then sections into tasks. You can go as far as you like in detailing and assigning tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a feature that allows you to sort sections by alpha or numeric order; right now, unless I don't understand how to do it, I have to move sections by hand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great way to keep track of all the tasks associated with very large, complicated projects. These tasks are also saved for posterity if one of our people leaves. That will make it much easier for new people to see what has to be done & to understand the project flow more quickly.
Not Just Another Task Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
I love how we can easily collaborate as a team on projects that require many hands.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more options with integrations and automation. Sometimes it's tricky. You have to trial and error your way through how to set up a board if you're new. Ex: I can't create the automations I'd like for the timeline, so I go to timeline settings and then have to go back to the automations...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Prioritizing issues that come in from teams on the front lines so higher priority issues are addressed in a timely manner
2. Creating "hubs" for specific team functions using "Workspaces"
3. Organizing systems and SOPs in a repeatable format that can be reused for future events

Great for Teamwork!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable the boards are. It helps our team be able to create boards for product development, task management, marketing calendar, influencer program, and so much more. It really helps keep our team on track and focused.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are just too many customizations and there's a lot to learn. I was very overwhelmed when I first started using Monday, especially when my peers have been using Monday on a day to day basis. It was a big task to learn, but once I got through the initial learning process, it became so easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is small, so a lot of tasks that would normally fall on one department, fall on all of us as a team. For example, we all collaborate on product development. We each will enter our own ideas and other can vote on the idea and then we track where we are in the development process. It really helps streamline overwhelming tasks.
Organization is key
What do you like best about the product?
How many different options it has to create different tabs. It's very customizable. It helps keep my work organized. I also like that I can use Monday on my phone, with the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I dislike about it.

Having work data all in one place. It's helping me stay on track on my to do list.
