Monday.com is our M&A tracker by choice
What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive and does not require any training for users. It's also customizable so one size does not have to fit all. Really like the attachment feature as regardless of file type it accommodates just about anything you want to upload and it sequences it so easy you can keep things easily in order. Monday.com keeps it simple as it's easy to over complicate trackers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't say there any visible dislikes, but would like to know how to get the values we input to autoamtically default to the same format......probably user error but at times the data entered for say ebitda is 1.0m or .600m or 600k. Looks a bit wonky!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Given the amount of deal flow we have we can easily keep a repository of all active and past deals for easy reference. It also eliminates unnecessary email traffic and ensures people can receive timely notifications which increases efficiency.
Efficient and Effective Management
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is a very easy way to have a group or team manage their tasks. Everyone has the ability to see what is being worked on and can communicate very efficiently. Creating and assigning tasks is very simple to do. You can track what you or your group has completed in a time period as well for reporting. We use it every day and it helps us to manage our work flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since this was a new platform for me it was just taking the time to educate myself about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work flow ease. Communication among many working facets within the company. Easier way to task manage and let everyone know where you are in a project, and if you need any assitance.

The ability to naturally interact on updates and the workflow builder.

Sometimes the AI summary column is not as concise as I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We host our digital classrooms on Monday boards which benefits us as users from different locations and companies can all have access to the same high quality services on the same platform.

I appreciate monday Work Management's comprehensive capabilities, enabling a bird's eye view of tasks across our team. The platform excels in adaptability, offering useful integrations, such as with Slack, and customizable permissions for efficient task and HR board management. The ongoing support is a valuable asset, ensuring we utilize the platform to its fullest potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the clarity in time tracking lacking, which makes it difficult to get a comprehensive view across different boards. Additionally, the need to duplicate information due to insufficient integrations across boards results in cumbersome manual processes, which I wish could be minimized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the product to gain a comprehensive view of tasks across all team roles, enhancing communication and task management through integrations and permissions.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive Monday Work Management is—it’s easy for new hires to learn and we use it daily. It provides a clear overview of all projects and actions, making it simple to track progress. It also helps us distribute tasks to balance workloads and integrates different teams and sectors across our company, improving collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can feel a bit overwhelming when managing a large number of boards, as navigation between them isn’t always seamless. Additionally, some advanced features require extra configuration, which can take time to set up.

Monday Work Management helps us manage a high volume of projects, each with numerous actions and dependencies. It centralizes everything in one place, giving us visibility across teams and sectors. The automated reminders and notifications ensure that no task is forgotten, helping us stay on track and meet deadlines efficiently
Organizational Savior
What do you like best about the product?
Monday Workspace has been a non negotiable for me and my team. We as consultants have all of our clients organized in their own boards, and then all of their work organized into sections for the ultimate organization. This makes keeping track of projects a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday can be a bit of a learning curve up front. Once you start using it and get the hang of it, it’s so useful!

It helps with my organization day to day while managing 12 companies. I’m able to link emails, projects, links, documents, etc
Easy Communication and Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
the Monday platform is the easiest way to communicate from our customer service team to our production team. We use Monday to track production so that we have the most up to date information available to our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, the only down side to using Monday is our own creativeness.

We have a better understanding of our employees abilities and the actual time it takes to produce things on our equipment. Communicating the needs of a customer has become almost flawless.
