Monday is such an efficient platform to project manage
What do you like best about the product?
Navigating the boards is so simple and easy to create new tasks and delegate to certain team members. I like that you can set trackers to make sure you're progressing towards your goal, as well as easily upload files and set deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
More templates to choose from and more integration with other apps. Also integration with one board to another, like combining a calendar board with a project board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving managing requests from other departments and making sure who is owning what via Monday. We have also solved setting up a social media calendar that is easy to follow and track.

Monday.com works across vastly different companies
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Monday at two different companies, a marketing startup and a software consulting org, and both have worked phenomenally.
What do you dislike about the product?
This might be my own issue, but sometimes getting people to use it more consistently has been a hassle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Role responsibilities, applicant tracking for hiring, content calendars, process documentation, libraries, onboarding. The variety of mediums you can use works amazingly for me.

What do you like best about the product?
What we love about Monday is the ability to delegate the tasks and keep track on them on a timely fashion. Our team mates know where to look for on each project and what responsibilities are assigned for each one to accomplish.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't really dislike anything in Monday. We believe the features it offers can accommodate the needs of our company and what we are trying to accomplish on a daily basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project Management at its finest. We have the ability to track each and every project and the tasks of each project member is assigned to. Everything within a specific timeline.
Monday is a great tool to organise your daily tasks!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that you can organise tasks and share a KB with all your coworkers. The various tabs and colour palet makes information easy to find and allows you to organise your work in a proactive manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
A mobile version of Monday Board would be great to be able to check tasks on the go.
Especially if you are travelling for work and need to have a quick glance at Monday Board.

Information on clients is easily accessible via Monday Board and it allows this information to be shared between teams very easily.
It is also allowing me to track my team members' daily tasks and be more pro active.

I like that my team and I can know where a project is at any given moment by looking at our different Monday boards

I dislike that every board within a board shares the same columns.

We are solving communication issues within teams. This helps our team members stay in their own lane by seeing what others have completed or are doing in their work.

Monday Has Changed Te Way We Do Business
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has helped us stay organized and keep track of tasks that need to be completed. We track services, orders, leads, and work orders for the maintenance crew. It is helpful that all necessary information is readily available for all team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is that it is very easy to accidentally change entries on the iPhone App. The good news is that Monday keeps track of all changes and who made them so we can correct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can better track leads and make sure that work orders and merchandise orders are completed and not lost. This has created better efficiency and increased productivity. Management can better track the team's progress.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Monday is a great platform to track our business. Monday has solved many problems and complications that we experienced before using Monday.

It's easy to keep track of tasks and what needs to be done vs what has already been done.
What do you dislike about the product?
The constant notifications, of course you can turn some of these off, but not only do you get it on email you see it twice when you log on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem I solve with monday is, who does what task and when it is due. My team doesn't often use the due date but it is nice to have so we have a timeline of when things need to get done.

What do you like best about the product?
I was super impressed with monday.com. It is incredibly user-friendly. Having used complex other softwares, this is a breath of fresh air. It's so simple and can be figured out without comprehensive tutorials. I love the colour-coding, it makes the whole interface so aesthetically pleasing to look at and livens my workday! I love how they have implemented more tools to add to the aesthetic, especially during holidays and seasons etc. It can cheer up a mundane workday. Organizing, collaborating, tracking and editing projects between the entire team is so much easier. Having your work so organized increases productivity, makes for better time management, helps check, correct and keep things on track. I'd recommend it to everyone!
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't really have any major complaints. I only find it a bit difficult to work on my cellphone. So maybe it would be nice to have a more mobile-friendly version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday.com to keep track of various projects and clients. If it's a project the team is working on, we can all change, update any aspect of it and the rest of us see it in real-time. It has really helped the team communicate effectively, facilitates work flow and keeps things on track. Instead of work being scattered, everyone having their own notes, everything is organized and in one place.
Monday.com is a great tool for multiple purposes.

Configurabilty, ease of use, constant innovation.

Slow to reply to help questions at times. They can generally slow the problem, and you need to have patience.

Task tracking, project management, expense management, time reporting, applicant tracking, calendaring.

Look at the customer use cases. You'll get some great ideas on ways to adopt the application.
