What do you like best about the product?
Everything is super user-friendly and looks so good it makes it fun to use it. I am a visual person, and it helps me to have a macro view on my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a bit of time for everyone on the team to understand it and use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves our team so much email! We have everything we need to know in one place. We get so much more productive.
monday.com is great for remote/asynchronous teams
What do you like best about the product?
It "flows" really well - the movement between pages and boards and even the layout of the boards makes finding things and maintaining tasks very easy. I also like the messages/comments features that work as an email/slack substitute.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the calendar display. For how smooth the rest of the app is, the calendar feels a bit clunky. I feel like this could be solved by being able to see the full item by hovering instead of having to click into each box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are a small, very spread-out team. Monday.com helps us to stay organized and "in synch" despite the timezone differences.

My favorite thing was that it was very easy to upload any format of information you need to have reviewed by other team members and for those members to add their inputs. There wasn't any information from other platforms or services that I had difficulty adding or sharing visibility to

I wish you could host meetings directly on the platform instead of needed to go elsewhere for that. It would be better if this was a single platform that you could execute a fully remote business within
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was helping us solve the problem of assigning deliverables to indivduals and making those deliverables easy to view to the entire team, including the exact content of those deliverables, without leaving the platform

Flexibility to set structured timelines and monitor progress
What do you dislike about the product?
there is no possibility to add voice notes it would be great if we could have this sorted so that teams can just send voice notes on progress and also prevent having to type at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
enables one to do sufficient Structuring work and avoid procrastination with realistic ways to monitor timelines. It also allows me to organise and conduct my work effectively

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is great for communicating with my team and keeping us organized. No matter the task, we can organize it through Monday and keep ourselves on track. It's hard to remember how we got by before using Monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the whole team is using Monday.com frequently, it works perfectly. If team members don't get into the habit of using it, it is not as useful. Gotta have full team buy-in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everyone on our team has a different organizational method that works for them. As we work virtually, it is difficult to find a common organizing method. Monday.com helped us all get on the same page and communicate more effectively so that no tasks are left undone.

I have used Monday to organize the communication structure and information flow in 3 companies.
Employees can easily understand the operation and tools due to the friendly interface.
The automations are extremely efficient, the links with other services are fast, I never had connection problems, we never had service drops or connection or data drops.
I use it daily and would recommend it to anyone who needs to organize the flow of information.

I'm using Monday since 2017, with each update it gets better, I can't think of improvements

The transit of information between different departments, using states with multiple labels.
The migration of work orders between different departments without them being able to see the work of other departments, using automations with work status labels.

Monday is a game changer!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is by far the easiest platform we have found to keep track of our daily projects. Everyone in our shop can at a glance see what stage any given project is in. Also, it makes it super easy to see what's coming up!
The other great thing about Monday is that several of our customers are using it too. This makes keeping track of projects so much easier.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to this platform is that I have been too busy with work to learn all there is to learn about Monday! One of these days, Hopefully, I will have a break in my schedule!

Before we would have projects get missed and not completed until we threw them into a rush mode. Now every project is entered, tracked, completed and invoiced!

It incorporates all needed information in one setting. Very efficient.

At this time I haven't determined any downsides.

All of our HR staff and leaders can view the overall hiring platform in one place.
Highly Customizable yet Simple
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite aspect of Monday is its high ability to integrate not only with Zapier, but also directly with Email providers or Drives. Yet it remains very accessible to anyone who doesn't know coding. The tutorials are really useful and not boring.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that an "Integration" is limited to few uses by the app. I never really understood why "Integrations" and "Automations" had to be 2 separate categories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making us save lots of time in two ways. First, we can organize our work flow, clients, intern projets, intern communication, databases. Second, we can trust Automations like reminders or automatic emails to delegate a huge, not valuable, part of our tasks.
